Terrible experience
I ordered a 10 inch Grub’s choice and paid extra for additional cheese. They sent me a plain cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce twice after I had to reorder through Doordash. The manager said I selected no toppings which isn’t an option on Doordash. $19+ for a plain cheese pizza yea that’s what I ordered twice Grub’s choice has pepperoni,sausage,onions,mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. No toppings just a sad cheese pizza for $19+

I’ve been here two times. The first time I had the Chicago Dog. It was really good. The second time, my friend and I shared a small pizza. It also was very good. The service both times were good. The atmosphere is okay. It’s a bar and restaurant, both times were very loud even on the restaurant side.

Yesterday was my husband’s birthday and we wanted to make it a special day. So we decided to go out for dinner. It turned into the biggest nightmare. First we didn’t get seated. The waitress never brought us water or fork and knives to eat. We ordered salad for an appetizer and the waitress decided to lecture us if we want the salad before the pizza because of the size. I had the pizza of the week which was cold and undercooked. My husband had a calzone that was almost raw dough and ice cold. We returned it and the second time it was the same .Ice cold in the middle. I spoke to the manager and he got it right the third time. We had to wait almost 1.5 hour for our food. Of course my husband’s birthday was ruined and we definitely would never go back to eat there again !

Ordered through Doordash. Delivery was awesome and fast. The pizza on the other hand… NOT GOOD! We had such high hopes with so many great reviews. We ordered the traditional 16″ with pepperoni. Worst pizza we have ever had. The crust was raw, not one cooked area on the entire pie. The cheese was chewy and the sauce tasted uncooked. There was zero taste. Tried putting it in the oven, adding salt, garlic, olive oil and parm cheese and wound up thowing away the entire pizza. Did I mention is was over $30.00! 0/0 DO NOT RECCOMEND.

I received a message from the store manager, wgho found e through social media. She apologized for the experience we had and offered toi give us a fuill credit or an opportunioty to remake the order. Having worked in the service industry forover 20 years I value customer excperience and I apprecuiate and respect their response. Peiople wioll always have different opinions on food, but I feel we all will agree on what defines good custoimer service. Thanks Gusano’s I appreciate your efforts and apology.

This is a gem of a sports bar and pizzeria. I didn’t get to try the pizza on my first visit. We enjoyed appetizers and drinks. I did look over the menu and the prices are reasonable and the appetizer was great.
It also seemed to be a young adult crowd there (I’m not one), so is great for hanging out with friends. I’ll be back to try the pizza soon.

This was honestly one of the most disappointing pizzas I’ve ever had. It looked lifeless right out of the box like something that had given up before it even made it to the oven. The first bite was painfully dry, with barely any burger meat scattered on top. The toppings were just sad, and the crust? Felt like I was chewing on a stone. It’s honestly hard to believe this passed as a pizza. This was our first time ordering here, and sadly, it will also be the last. I really wanted to like it, but I just can’t bring myself to try again.

Gusano’s is one of our weekly visits in town. Their pizza is so unique. I recommend the ultra thin. It’s like a well-seasoned cracker. My favorite toppings are usually accompanied by basil or garlic for seasoning. We are also frequent advocates of the well drinks.

Bought a Chicago style 9″ pizza with pep bacon Xtra cheese and jalapeños. Pizza was burnt, no bacon and no Xtra cheese! No refund given just a crappy gift card for a 28 dollar pizza. Customer service sucks! That should be a refund all day! Would prefer to not eat there again.
