The Gunsight Saloon is a family-friend bar and restaurant featuring an outdoor venue to enjoy live music in the summer months. The restaurant features exceptional burgers, sandwiches, and entrees as well as options for kids. We have two full bars (one indoor, one outdoor), plenty of seating, and live music year-round.

This place was a pleasant surprise. Chose a bar kind of at random hungry after a day at Glacier and it couldn’t have been better. It was Saturday and there was live music outside and plenty of seating out there as well. There was no cover charge! We had the bbq pork sandwich (amazing) and some of the best mac and cheese we’ve ever tried. Prices were a tad high but honestly worth it.

Beautiful in the summer time with their giant outdoor area, bar and stage. There’s an arcade with classic pin ball machines and other games.
Awesome food, every thing I’ve gotten from here has been delicious, specials are always awesome. Friends love it

Stopped here a couple times on our Columbia Falls trip. Loved the patio and live music every day in the summer. Cool ambiance inside too! The food we had was pretty good – I had the righteous Mac and cheese with pulled pork, Caesar salad was ok, hubby had the pulled pork sandwich and we shared the burnt ends on our second stop, those had really great flavour although the batter on the pickles didn’t last long on them. Overall we enjoyed our experiences, just a bit more on the pricey side

One of the bar tenders (who will remain nameless) is an Oilers fan….other than that, we are locals and regulars. I love BBQ and the ribs here are St.Louis cut, smoked Kansas City style and served with sauce on the side. You get a lot of meat on that half rack and the sauce is really good!
My wife loves the burgers, especially the Gunsight burger. It is one of my favorites as well. The atmosphere is great and the service is too. The Gunsight is a great spot for a drink, food and live music! Enjoy!

Incredible place, live music, perfect summer evening. My only gripe was the premade hamburger paddies. If the paddies were in house made it would be the best in the valley. Good thick bacon, perfect bbq sauce, and the ranch was incredible.

My friends and I were visiting and decided to check out a local spot which was highly rated. It was quite busy and we had a tough time finding a table for the 7 of us since it was first come first served. You order all your food at the counter and then go find a table.
The food was generally decent. I ordered the ribs, which were incredibly tender and the sauce had a fantastic flavor. My friends’ meals were equally delicious and they didn’t have any complaints.
However, the service was absolutely terrible! We all ordered individually at the two separate check-out counters, and it took an agonizing 45 minutes for all our meals to arrive. By then, we had already finished eating, but our wings and burnt ends were still nowhere to be found. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we finally decided to ask. Becky was completely unhelpful and even started arguing with us about how food is served at different times. It was ridiculous! It took over an hour for our food to arrive! I explained that we had all finished our meals and still hadn’t gotten the appetizers. We had to beg for a refund. When Becky’s manager arrived, they decided to gossip and roll their eyes in front of us. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

Service from the bar was outstanding. Bartender was prompt and attentive. IPA from Sacred Waters was delicious. My daughters Mac and Cheese was delicious. My wife’s wedge salad was also very good. My Gunsight Burger was just ok. Food came out timely and hot. We’ll be back.

We stumbled upon this fantastic spot with live music while on a trip in the area. A key tip for travelers: there’s no table service here. You choose your spot first, then order food and drinks separately at the counters. Once you understand the system, it’s a unique experience that adds to the relaxed, come-as-you-are charm of the place.
There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside (weather permitting). The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and our meals were delicious. The best surprise of the night was catching a set by the local band The Tobacco River Ramblers, I left as a new fan.
All in all, a great place to eat, drink, and soak up the local music scene.

Got here around 5 and beat the crowd (it was exceptionally busier around 6:30) Great food and lots of choices. We had the nachos and pork belly burnt ends. Nice outdoor area with live music! Great way to spend an evening!

Not a full service establishment: grab a menu from the counter and then walk up to the window to order and pay. Then walk across the building and order drinks at the bar. They do bring your food right to the table.
