We sat in the four seasons room with the Christmas tree in the corner and heat lamps over almost every table and loved it! We started with the Calamari which was cooked perfectly. The bread was warm and tasty and was served with whipped butter. We would have ordered the Lobster Bisque but unfortunately they ran out. I had the CAB Filet which was cooked and seasoned perfectly and my husband had the Prime CAB Ribeye topped with Oscar topping which was also delicious. The Raspberry crème Brûlée was the best we have ever had. We had great service from Ally and the bus staff was on top of it clearing plates and filling up water. This was our first time there and we definitely will go back!

1st time here for my wife and I,,, happy to say we had a great time and definitely will be back! When you first walk in, you are greeted by very happy, very nice and friendly staff. It sets a very good tone in the restaurant. We started with the calamari and carpaccio, both were very good. The calamari was cooked perfectly, very tender. For dinner My wife got the perch and I got the 14 oz cab prime strip. My wife enjoyed the perch very much. My steak was cooked perfectly. It was mouth watering! Very very good. Kevin, our server, was very friendly and spot with everything! Overall, we had a wonderful experience here, highly recommend!

Came here for the first time for my wife’s birthday. We started with the crispy calamari- it was amazing! We were very impressed with how delicious the prime steaks were. The steaks and the lobster tail had a smoky flavor which added a very dynamic flavor profile. Best brussels sprouts we’ve ever had. Green beans needed salt and pierogis were to die for. Nice touch with banana bread pudding for desert which was on the house and they brought it out with a candle. There was a slight hindering stench of sewer lines when we were seated but seemed to dissipate, it may have been from the creek nearby. We know we can count on Gunselman’s steakhouse & bar for an excellent experience!

Went here the first time. Always wanted to try it. The food was ok to good. I would say its a slightly above average steak house with poor sides. The risotto we tried was super bland and not good ( we sent it back)

Our waygu steak was quite good. Brussel sprouts were very good.

While its a cool restaurant, I feel it needed a more unique design, especially from the outside.

I hope this place succeeds, im just not sure it has the juice to do so.

This place has no au graten potatoes(a must for a steakhouse)

Excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We had the cab filet and ribeye, both cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The staff handled the Valentine’s Day weekend crowd impressively, keeping everything running smoothly. Billy, our server, took great care of us, and it was nice to see the owners greeting and checking in with guests. Highly recommend, and we are looking forward to going back soon.

Fine. But not good enough to return. Steaks had no seasoning but great char. Sides were limited. Charcuterie was the best part. Service was hectic for a reservation required establishment. We will definitely make the drive to red, marble room, or strip in the future

We had high hopes for it since we love the Tavern in Fairview. The waitress staff was lovely and accommodating for our group of 7 people. The drinks were just average and the steak was over cooked. For a price of $54 or more I expect the steak to cut like butter. The atmosphere was just average too it’s a large room that is hard to hear everyone at your table. I wish it was better I had high hopes.

My wife and I took a friend to the Steakhouse for his Birthday a couple of Saturday evenings ago. My friend and I each ordered the Prime 16 Oz Ribeye ($70) medium rare. Everything was great – my wife’s vegetarian meal, our sides, and the dessert – except the steaks. They were very small in both size and thickness, not even close to what a 16 oz ribeye looks like (I grill them in the summer). In addition, they were both overcooked. I was so disappointed. We had come for the steaks. The ambience was nice and the service was very good. I tried to call the restaurant three times, all during open hours, to let a manager know about our experience. The first two times the call rolled into phone mail, and I left a message. The third time I got a live person, who said the manager wasn’t available but took my information and said she would give it to him/her. I never got a call back. We like their burgers at the Tavern; guess we’ll just stick to that.

We had a great experience here. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Ali, our server, was friendly and paid close attention to everything we needed. The food was delicious. My ribeye was cooked just right, and my wife said the blackened salmon was the best she has ever had. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to others.

Wonderful restaurant in Olmsted Falls near the covered bridge. We ate in the pub, where we had an amazing burger and a bruschetta appetizer. Menu in the pub was a bit limited, but the food was delicious. Seating in the pub area is first come, first served – but it seemed like tables turned over pretty quickly. Drink choices were plentiful and the servers were extremely friendly, with the food coming out quick. Everything was great, and we will definitely return.
