Overall, we had a 4 star experience. The restaurant had a fun and inviting atmosphere. The bison and elk tenderloins were good, and didn’t need the sauce. The bison ribs fell off the bone and were very tender. The cocktails were okay.

This place is incredible. It was hard to choose which meat dish to eat. The atmosphere made you feel like you were right there with all the animals. The full size bison gave a real perspective of just how big they are without the danger of being trampled. Would definitely come back. Worth every penny.

Only downside was that we had a reservation and yet still found ourselves having to wait about 15min. Which in itself isn’t too bad.

Our server was great ! My 49$ filet was TERRIBLE ! It looks good in these pictures but it was way over cooked to basically well done when I asked for medium and honestly I would have rather went to a chain steak house over this place ! Totally not worth the price . My husband got filet flight , which came with elk, bison , and beef. 85$ came with NO sides his medium rare beef steak was rare and cold still . And the rest were just ok. The stuffed mushrooms were amazing though so if you come here just get appetizers ! Steak was no where near the quality it should have been . We travel alot and understand tourist places are higher but there are many other places around this area that are way better quality !!! Do not waste your money here like we did .

We went to this “western” type restaurant to try their famous Wyoming’s steak. Our expectations were unfortunately not met. Firstly the service wasn’t the top as they forgot to bring our drink. We ordered the NY strip but the meat was somewhat tough. But cheeseburger for children was the top! What was really delicious was their focaccia and huckleberry lemonade. Wine is too expensive for one glass. Between 12-19$! And it was definitely not Châteaneuf du Pape!

We enjoyed the Fried Green Tomatoes and Salmon Cakes. I loved the Rosemary infused oil with the Foccacia bread. My eldest sister ordered the Bison Ravioli and I ordered the Bison Ribs, we shared the meals. I didn’t really care for the tomato based sauce that came with the Ravioli, but the Bison Ravioli itself was good. The Bison Ribs with BBQ sauce was excellent and the Garlic Mashed Potatoes were perfect.
