Closed this weekend!! Check back next week! Gummies BBQ in Rockport slow-smokes the BBQ till it’s mouthwatering perfection. So tender, you don’t need teeth! Juicy brisket, pulled pork, sausage, tender smoked turkey breast, bone in chicken thighs, and ribs. OH MY. All the sides are fresh chopped and home-made. Classic coleslaw and potato salad, pitmaster beans, creamy elote, four (or sometimes five) cheese mac, giant baked potatoes loaded with all the goodness! And try the new desserts, chef’s choice!

Ate lunch there today. They didn’t open until noon but we arrived about 20 minutes early and waited in the parking lot. The owner was super cool and came out to our car and welcomed us in early. I got the 2 meat plate with brisket and pork belly and it was amazing! Everything was delicious! Even the potato salad, beans, and the elote corn slapped! Small place with good seating outside to enjoy your food alfresco. Everyone there was super nice and very friendly. We will definitely be back again and definitely telling everyone I know about this place!

This place kinda fell in our laps. My family was hungry… bored… and visiting the town out of pure curiosity. I’m so happy we stopped! The service was amazing. We got here early and the staff let us in before open which was so sweet 🙂

Best bar b q in Rockport! Great prices and good portions! Staff is great, and the vibe is perfect. Indoor or outdoor seating ro choose from. 3 meat plate of brisket, turkey, and pulled pork pork with coleslaw and 3 cheese mac n cheese. No sauce needed!! Oh, don’t forget the peach cobbler. Great meal! If you haven’t had Gummies BBQ, then you are missing out!

Had to take a moment to let people know that I’m this is REAL DEAL TEXAS BBQ. Been coming to Rockport for many years & finally decided to pull the trigger on Gummies. I’m really particular when it comes to BBQ as we all know, it’s always hit or miss with most places. Gummies is definitely a HIT! Ordered a Loaded Tater with pulled pork, Brisket sandwich and a side of potato salad. Absolutely delicious! Service was fast and friendly, sitting area clean and cool from the sun’s scorching heat. Be warned! The portions on that potato could feed a small village and it takes about 3 people to load up in your vehicle. Thank you, Gummies! We’ll be back soon!

Best BBQ in town! Stopped for a late lunch and so glad we did! Brisket was tender and juicy with a great crust. Ribs were fall off the bone lip smacking good! Sides were spot on! Mac n cheese was creamy goodness. Streetcorn best I have eaten yet. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice area outside to enjoy the nice weather. We will be back for sure!

We finally got to stop at Gummies. Let me tell you, we have been disappointed by many Bbq spots, but this place killed it!! I had a loaded tater. Now I was expecting tots but this was a small football sized baked potato loaded with butter, pinto beans, cheese, pulled pork and what ever else. This thing was soooo big I had breakfast and lunch ready the next day. My wife had the brisket sandwich with mac n cheese. Unreastically HUGE sandwich topped with pickles, onions, and slaw. She was able to eat half. If you are in the area, stop in you won’t be disappointed. Price is right, and portions are giant. We will definitely be back. We’ll done.

Gummies BBQ in Rockport was soooo good!! The bark on this brisket was so flavorful and the brisket was very tender and juicy. Jalapeño sausage was flavorful too. Their sauce is also super good too. I love that they had a side option of elote which was delicious and the Mac and cheese was a good combination too and not too dry. Stopped last minute on a trip into rockport and looking forward to the next visit. Has anyone else tried it yet? They had blackberry rum cobbler on the menu too but I couldn’t eat even half of this meal because the portions were huge. I ended up having it the second day for lunch again.

Outstanding bbq it was my first time having this food. The meat was moist and could cut it like butter. The brisket had perfect seasoning and cooked to perfection.The sides were perfect just like grandmas home cooking on the farm. They are very friendly and I need to get a helicopter so I can go by everyday. They absolutely need a holiday Xmas family dinner pkg. My only request is if they could open a location in Corpus Christi. Thank you for the best of the best in Texas.
