Stopped in for a drink because of the TagaBrew, bartender was so friendly and helpful with ordering drinks. I love espresso martinis, theirs was a bit sweet but very good and I normally don’t like sweet martinis. I had the M96 coffee drink after and it was incredible, so smooth and with a burnt orange flavor I definitely recommend it. Lots of great seating and an outdoor patio that allows dogs. We will be back.

I didn’t have craft cocktails in Galesburg on my Bingo card. I was surprised to enter Gull Lake Distilling Co to find a cool, industrial vibe. We were happily greeted by Cody and Carol. Carol cheerfully took our food order and made bomb recommendations. Cody expertly made cocktails for my snobby palate that were well-balanced and visually pleasing. This is a destination spot for sure!

The spirits and mixed drinks were good. We tried one of the smoked cocktails and a unique bubble cocktail. The blueberry moonshine is really good. The burgers are killer. The bourbon bbq is a little spicy and delicious. Don’t let the front of the building dissuade you. it’s like a mullet. The business is in the back.

We had a party of 12 that stopped in for drinks and apps. The bartender did a great job of making all the drinks and proving excellent customer service. She was very warm and friendly. She also walked outside to take our group picture!! Highly recommended!

We came here to check it out while in town for a baseball tournament from WI. Based on reviews and location, it was a no-brainer. Ben, our bartender, and spirit specialist was amazing. We tried several cocktails that normally would not have intrigued us and they were unbelievably delicious! He sold them and helped describe them perfectly. We bought Bourbon and a howler of their IPA (oh yeah their beer is amazing too). Our service and experience were top notch, so worth the stop!!! We got some warm pretzel bites and they were good as well. But the liquor stole the show. So good!!

Won’t serve you food. Only place open in town. Advertising live music and open to 11 but the cook shut the kitchen down on a Friday night at 8 pm.

Fantastic atmosphere, great beer and drink selection and the staff is friendly. My two favorite on tap, 49053, and Batch 1.
I’m excited to have them in Galesburg! They do not offer food but will allow you to bring food from anywhere.
There are a couple options within walking distance, including Pizza King, The Front Porch, and Vaentines.

Nice place, nice staff, and its right down the street from me. Being I’m not a beer guy, and all on liquor, this place is right up my alley. It has very original drinks and specialty cocktails, and to-go growlers. Highly recommended!
