I have never posted a Google review, but my experience here was so bad that I feel like I have to. The older lady was smoking a cigarette saw me coming in stopped smoking didn’t even wash her hands before making my drink and then proceeded to act like it was a hassle to make my drink and was super rude and acted like she didn’t even want to be at her job. I’m very disappointed. I was recommended by a friend and will never come back.

Out of all local tea shops, they are hands down the best! The location is convenient and they always make me the most delicious teas. IF you’re a local, ask about their punch card! Most tea shops do not offer these.

I went because I was visiting the area for the weekend and forgot my regular drink mix at home. The girl was so kind and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and asked me to taste it before leaving in case I wanted to change it! I didn’t catch her name, but I will definitely make this a regular stop on my visits in the future! The shop was clean and smells nice as well❤️

We found the pricing to be unexpectedly high—$9.08 for a single drink, which felt excessive. While my wife did enjoy her beverage, we were disappointed that prices weren’t clearly displayed, and the drink was prepared before the cost was disclosed. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and courteous. However, due to the lack of price transparency and overall value, we don’t plan to return.
