Our family loves this place! The food is always delicious and the staff is attentive. They get busy during typical weekend brunch hours, but the wait isn’t too bad. This time we went during brunch time on a Wednesday and we’re seated immediately. We ordered the garden omelette, prime rib loco moco (with asobo fried rice), and a fruit bowl, then ordered the cali wrap and philly cheesesteak to go. All the food was so good and came out quickly. Guieb Cafe will always be one of our go-to brunch places!

Cute and quiet, family friendly hole in the wall. The snell of food cooking as you walk up to the building draws you in. Simple and easy menu. Unique approaches on display of food that make it fun and perfect for the instagrams. Staff was friendly and quick. Food tasted amazing. Worth the visit. Early is smart as a line builds after 9am

Guieb Cafe is another hidden gem for Filipino breakfast in ʻAiea. If you’re craving tapsilog and all the classic Filipino silog plates, this spot delivers.

The place is small inside and can get crowded, but the wait was totally reasonable, we waited about 10 minutes, and it was worth it. I loved my fried fish Filipino breakfast, especially with vinegar on the side, simple, comforting, and so good. Even the little flower garnish was a cute touch .

If you’re looking for a home-style Filipino breakfast, Guieb Cafe is definitely worth checking out. Just come a little early or be prepared for a short wait!

So very IMPRESSED!! The wait is totally worth it! The staff are incredible! They work so well together and have everything down to a science.
The food was so delicious!! I had the Crab Cake Benedict with Mashed Potatoes as my side. I could have licked my plate clean.
The Aiea restaurant is very small but not necessarily crowded, even when full. We sat at the counter and enjoyed watching the team. You can tell they really enjoy working there. They welcome all who enter and thank you as you leave.
I highly recommend giving them a try! I would give them 10 s!

The Honey Acai French toast was so good I considered ordering a second one for the table (the table was just me). The staff was very friendly and the environment was welcoming. Really appreciated the service and the military discount offered for active-duty members. They live up to the hype for sure. Will be coming back.

Small space. There were only 2 of us so we were able to sit on the counter top, but there was a wait. If we did have to wait… it would’ve been so worth it!! The girls working there are quick, fun, and always smiling. Food is absolutely delicious!

I’m on the mainland, but I travel back home often. This will be a definite spot I have to stop by every trip.

If you’re ever cruising through Aiea, you absolutely need to hit up Guieb Cafe. We actually stopped by here for brunch right after visiting Pearl Harbor, and it was a decision that was absolutely worth it! This place is a total winner for local comfort food.

Everyone talks about the Garlic Shrimp, and trust me, it lives up to the hype-but here’s the secret: you HAVE to order it with the Garlic Fried Rice. That combo is next-level delicious, super savory, and perfectly rich.

And then, you need to save room because their Ube French Toast is genuinely mind-blowing. It’s warm, sweet, and that unique ube flavor just melts in your mouth. Seriously, don’t skip the Ube French Toast. It’s just amazing food, perfectly casual, and well worth the stop!

I would literally swim across the Pacific to eat the Ube pancakes again. I’m not much of a pancake guy but these blew my mind.

It’s very small so expect a wait but it is well worth it!

I also had the loco moco which was really good, but hard to compete with the Ube pancakes.
