I ordered the wings which is advertised as 1 pound (16 ounces). They felt much lighter, so I weighed them on my scale (with barbecue sauce and the foil they came in), and they weighed only 12.4 ounces, which means it was really only about 11 ounces of actual food (because of the added sauce and foil weight). 5 ounces short out of 16 ounces is extremely substantial, and absolutely ridiculously short. If they advertise 1 pound of wings, I expect 16 ounces, not only 11. Not only is this utter robbery, but also false advertisement, which is completely illegal. Shame on you, Guidos!!
And the absolute worst part was when I called the manager to discuss my concerns, he offered me no apologies or discounts or coupons. All he offered was excuses.
Update:
I received a response to my review stating that the weight of 1 pound was when it was frozen, and that, “..natural moisture loss occurs during the cooking process.”
I’ll buy 10 or 15% of weight loss, but 30%??!?
Be honest Guido’s, it was never a pound, frozen or otherwise!
Oh, and still no attempt at making it right by offering a rebate or coupon or credit…

Today, the owner/manager provided top service to Penske operations. Hot, fresh, pizza that was ordered online, and made for pick-up in a timely and courteous manner. Our employees enjoyed the various styles of pizza’s. I know we would order again in the future. Thank you for taking care of us today in your helpful and friendly hospitality.

Delicious and fast!! Ordered delivery to my hotel room. Came in 35 mins not the 50 quoted which is awesome. Cheese breed and deep dish deluxe with extra cheese. DELICIOUS!! If I was a local I’d definitely eat here again.

As a regular customer who typically picks up food, I noticed that when my order arrived, the box lacked any form of sealing that I am accustomed to seeing, which would indicate whether my food had been tampered with. Consequently, I decided to call the restaurant to express my concern. During the conversation, I spoke with the owner, Kevin, who responded in a defensive and indifferent manner. This will be my last purchase!

Italian food. It’s not slow food but it’s a different choice for Italian people in America who don’t want to eat burgers daily. The pasta is Barilla or equivalent and the tomato sauce is Barilla as well. More on this the price is affordable.
I do not suggest to eat daily at Guido’s but sometimes it’s a different food taste in the United States of America where the food is pretty much the same wherever you choose to eat.
