We are pizza snobs and make our own often and this is our favorite near us. They key is ordering thin crust though because it makes a huge difference. We didn’t like their wings or their Buffalo chicken pizza but their normal red sauce is phenomenal.

Edited 10/30/19: 4 stars to 3 stars: The last two times I went in to get a slice, 4 days ago and tonight, it wasn’tnt busy, and I was told my slice and 9 piece wings, well-done, would be ready in 15-20 minutes. It was 35 minutes before my order was ready. This happened the last time I went in for a slice. I’m not sure why there is such a loss in time, and if it continues, they will no longer be my go-to pizza place. rjrnj1

Had to call 5 times to get a hold of someone which I could understand, it was probably very busy but I called almost 2 hours before closing and the person who finally answered said they where done delivering for the night so I was going to place an order for pick up but the person acted like it was a burden for them to take the order so I decided to go to pontillos and they were very courteous and happy to serve me and my family.

We always stop here at least once when we’re in town for a swim meet. We’ve tried everything from pizza to chicken fingers to salads and everything has been super tasty and satisfying. The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of drinks (fountain and drinks from the cooler) and also a little grocery store attached if you need to get something else while you wait for your food. Definitely check this place out!

Guidas Webster Pizza is generally good but dough is a bit tough…(positivity first). I would patronage more frequently…but the Owner is a complete GRUMP and treats customers like trash. Also, don’t look around at the cleanliness factor – they have a low standard for this as well. Would take pics of the dated place – but the flavor of their pizza has held me back at this point. One more negative interaction with the owner and I will probably post pics. I have alot of friends & family in Webster area and they all say the same…maybe this review will help Guida’s up their game and start SMILING 🙂

My Fair Chicken sub… Outstanding. Beans and greens… Lack luster but plenty to feed a small child. Steak sub… More grizzle than steak and the meat appears not to have been seasoned…. It might even have been bolied. Please buy better quality steak, even if you have to bump up the price by 1-2$. Photos excluded – deliberately – so as to spare your appetite.

I think their huge slices are the best around in Webster. It’s the closest to real NYC pizza BUT what you get while dining in vs what you get taking out is totally not comparable. This review is based on dining in and their huge slice. I am not impressed at all with their to go pizza pie at all. Love their homemade chips too.

Let me start with I love Guida’s in Webster!!! Great menu and service! HOWEVER!!! I ordered a large sheet and 24 wings this evening. Got home and pizza was not bad but definitely not to Guida’s standards! But what’s worse is the chicken wings I ordered was so feathered it turned my family off to eating anymore! It was inexcusable to have this served to me or anyone! I have photos but do not know how to post them to this site.

Can’t decide what is worse, the customer service or the pizza. I ordered ONE slice of pizza to go and there was no one ahead of me in line. It took them almost a half hour to heat it up and while I was waiting, besides observing 2 out of the 5 employee’s standing around doing nothing, one of them said something snarky about the way I was standing there waiting. Finally they handed it to me on a paper plate instead of a box for $4.50 and it was cold. Needless to say it tasted like cardboard. Place was dirty too. Guess it shows the quality of employees they hire in Webster. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! No stars, but had to tick one to post this. Oh, and they aren’t called Buffalo wings, they are called either chicken wings or just plain wings.
