I’ve had great experiences with this spot and the owner is incredibly kind, professional, and clearly takes pride in maintaining high quality standards. He was very reassuring and genuinely cared about making sure customers are taken care of. The food is very flavorful, portions are generous, and the quality is great! You can tell a lot of care goes into both the food and the customer experience. I highly recommend this Hibachi spot and will definitely be returning.

Amazing hibachi food truck! I ordered the trio plate, shrimp rolls, and steak fries. Everything was cooked perfectly fresh, flavorful, and hot. The portions were generous and very affordable for the quality you get. The service was honestly the best fast, friendly, and welcoming. This is definitely my favorite spot to eat at, and I highly recommend it if you’re craving great hibachi on the go!

Hands down the best hibachi food truck! I always get the steak and shrimp hibachi burritos for my coworkers and myself, and they never disappoint. I love adding yum yum sauce and sriracha. It makes them even better. The food is always fast, fresh, and very affordable. The service is the best, super friendly and efficient. I come here almost every day on my lunch break and really enjoy their lunch special. Highly recommend!

BEST Hibachi hands down in the entire valley! That’s coming from someone that lives in LA! Everytime I’m in Bakersfield I HAVE to hit up Gueros Hibachi! Definitely worth your money! if I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst food truck you could go to. The food looks nothing like the pictures, the staff is rude, and the food itself was terrible. I even found bugs in it. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will never go back.
