This place has a great vibe for sure. I sat at the bar and the service was absolutely on point. The bartender/server was funny, attentive, and made excellent recommendations, which made the whole experience even better.
I came in craving mofongo and wow — the portion was massive. So good, but definitely enough for two people because I couldn’t even finish it. Everything from the atmosphere to the food and service hit just right. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back.

Fun Williamsburg Puerto Rican inspired with Colombian and Mexican plates offered as well. It seems to have a great sports bar atmosphere but I came here mid afternoon so the bar was empty. Mofonguitos and pernil were delicious but the oxtail stew is melt‑in‑your‑mouth tender. Comfortable seating, neon lights, and attentive staff make it a winner and make sure you order some garlic mojo and take those dishes to the next level. I will come back soon and try Asopao and the octopus salad.
A small note on the rice, both, the white and the pigeon peas rice, it’s on the fragrant side, which many people enjoy. I personally prefer the pigeon peas to be the dominant flavor in what’s considered Puerto Ricos national rice. Still, that’s a minor thing in an otherwise excellent meal.
Can’t wait to come back and have some Tacos, pastelillos (empanadas) and Asopao.
The street parking will likely be rough by the two indoor garages are literally adjacent and across the street if you drive.

Incredible place! I love it here and it’s my new favorites. I ended up here randomly and stayed so much longer than I thought I would. Aesthetic on 10, drinks are bomb, and the service is top notch. The manager approached me multiple times and made sure I was having a good time. If you’re looking for good vibes in Williamsburg, this is definitely the place. Guarapo, thank you & you’ll see me again!

Amazing service! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Great food. Great Happy Hour. The Calamari, Coconut Shrimp Ropa Veija was great!!! And the Oxtails were Amazing!!!!!! Highly recommend!

I happened upon this place and the food was excellent. The maduros were yummy. Staff is very friendly. There parking across the street ($8 for 3 hrs). You have to get a stamp from the restaurant. I will come again.

Guarapo Latin Fusion is such a gem. From the moment you walk in, the vibe pulls you in — great music, beautiful lighting, and an energy that just makes you want to stay and enjoy. The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was a hit.
What really made the experience special, though, was the owner and the overall hospitality. You can feel the passion and love behind the place, and it shows in every detail.
We even came with our baby, and honestly, he loved it just as much as we did — the lights, the atmosphere, and yes… even the food . It’s rare to find a spot that feels both exciting and welcoming at the same time.

This place is definitely special, I highly recommend it. The service is excellent, the food is excellent and exquisite. As a chef, I recommend it, and the best part is that they have parking right in front with a discount and a great atmosphere

Stay away from this place ! Misleading Happy Hour advertisement. The sign clearly says Happy Hour is Monday–Friday from 4–7 PM with $7 drinks and $10 food. We were there at 5:57 PM, well within that time, but were charged full price $15.95 for sangrias and $16 for calamari.
Only after we received the bill were we told that Happy Hour pricing only applies if you sit at the bar. This was never explained when we were seated, and the sign does not clearly state that drinks are bar-only. We were also told we “didn’t specify” we wanted Happy Hour, which doesn’t make sense if it’s advertised during those hours.
There was also a 3% admin fee added. Overall, very disappointing and felt misleading. Transparency would go a long way.

Delicious food, gorgeous place, and good vibes! Got recommended by a friend and will be recommending others. They even brought me a tres leches with a sparkler and bubbles when I mentioned my birthday in passing. Can’t wait to come back!
