Typically come here after leaving adventure alley with my kids. Never had a bad experience until today. My son who is 3 got a kids ice cream and accidentally dropped it right after taking ONE lick so I asked if he could get a new scoop because well…he didn’t even get to eat it and they said “it wasn’t our fault it dropped so no we can’t give you another one”…my son cried…so I BOUGHT him another scoop….as a business I NEVER would approach a situation like that and I will not be coming back here and spending my money here again. Disappointed with them. Wanted to support a local business as I am Spanish myself but I would have never said no to something like that
