Went tonight for my Birthday and for it being on opening night food was absolutely delicious. Alejandro was our server and he was absolutely fantastic great customer service they also have salsa and guac made right infront of you even she was amazing. Went for lunch today and the food was really good. We’ve seen the negative reviews on Facebook and have to say our experience was nothing like the review on FB. No wait for a table, food came out in an acceptable time frame. It was fresh and hot and very tasty. Tge table side guacamole and salsa were also very good. Our server Alex was very attentive. We will definitely be back and we are very happy Guadalajara is in Sierra Vista.

Came here on a whim and I loved it. I’m from NM so I’m (moderately) particular with Mexican food and this exceeded my expectations. Thought it was unique that the salsa is not only homemade but also made at the table. I ended up getting the fajitas with all the meat types and all were very solid. Portions are huge

Walked in and spoke to hostess who stated that there would be a wait time of a half hour…. I thought it was strange because the restaurant itself wasn’t on even half capacity on Saturday afternoon. They took my number and After an hour and 12 minutes of waiting I inquired again to which they said you have 5 people ahead of you and will be another 25 minute wait time. It is 2:30pm and we arrived at 12:55 so I guess I’ll let you know ow if I ever get to try the food.
I’m back an hour later and I ordered the Mexican paella, the chicharrón and we had their tables chips and salsa.
The chips and salsa were good and the salsa was mad fresh table side ( heavy on garlic and salt for salsa but still good)
The chicharrón was the appetizer and it was Meh
The paella had very good flavor but the rice was overcooked, split and dry. But once again the flavor was great and the consistency of the meats and seafoods
