This place is hilarious They actually have a dinner menu item called “three burritos”. I wasn’t necessarily in the mood for a burrito but when I saw a $13.95 plate called “three burritos” I had to order it out of curiosity because what is that? For that price it’s not going to actually be three burritos.

Came here for lunch with my fiancé for the first time last week after hearing it was the best Mexican in Milwaukee from a few of our friends. Service was friendly, the food was pretty good (not a big fan of the salsa that came with the chips – the hot sauce they brought when I asked for some with my meal was a lot tastier!)

Very small mom and pop restaurant. Customer service is key , very good fast and helpful. Had the huevo rancheros and a stuffed gordita with carne asada. Very well served and delicious. Lots of chips and two choices of hot sauces and a glass of orange juice hit the spot. Very comfortable and down home place to get some good Mexican food.

My sister and I decided to have dinner here on Mother’s Day. The atmosphere was kind, welcoming, homespun. The food authentic and delicious. Generous portions – an added bonus of some additional chunky beef and tortillas with the combination plate, beans and rice – delicious. A number of small family groups were dining – a mother with a few kids- an older couple- a “eight top” with a family dressed up to enjoy a dinner out. I was dressed very casually but felt very welcome. Just a lively spot. We will go back

I have eaten it twice. The price is affordable. Two tacos, a drink and a bowl of beef brisket soup /pelezo add up to 23 . The food quantity is a small than other mec restaurant, but the free cornflakes and chili sauce are great.

The food here is absolutely horrendous and not even remotely authentic Mexican. Ordered door dash and it came on styrofoam plates covered in Saran Wrap and aside from that is extremely overpriced for the low quality. The horchata is also very bad tasting.

I think this place is cute and is fast becoming my favorite Mexican restaurant in milwaukee. I had a sort of steak Ranchero that was excellent and even noticed others drinking coffee with Mexican pastry. Always a good sign, many in the restaurant were Mexican. The guacamole was very good dotted with cilantro, and portioning for margaritas was perfect. Very happy with the visit.
