Delicious food, tasty margaritas, exceptional service and great atmosphere. The table salsa was delicious, but not spicy. We asked for some additional spicy salsas and they brought them to the table. Very accommodating to different palates. They have a whole vegetarian section of the menu as well.

This place is .. I’m my opinion the best Mexican restaurant in town … I’ve only been here a couple years..but it’s a really nice environment & atmosphere.. service is great.. I brought my daughter here .. she was visiting from out of town & she absolutely loved it ,we hadn’t seen each other in a few years.. this was a “perfect” place to take her for our first dinner together..
I recommend this restaurant to all..

Ordered the trio fajitas for two with rice and beans. They were amazing, perfectly cooked and seasoned. We shared it and it was more than enough for 2 adults. The kids menu had multiple options, we ordered the chicken strips. Benjamin and German recommended house margaritas, they provided top notch service, making us enjoy our evening out. We will definitely be coming back.

Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant in Redding offers delicious food and generous portions. The “Shrimp for Two” dish was more than sufficient — flavorful and perfectly cooked. Great place for a satisfying Mexican meal!

Such a fun restaurant with amazing food! Can’t wait to come back if we get back to Redding! Food was so fresh and great quality. Service was exceptional. Super crowded and had to wait for a table but so worth the wait!

Food was not bad. The reason I’m leaving a bad review is the small portion size. I don’t mind paying 25.00 to eat, but not for baby burritos. Not joking. The 25.00 chicken burrito was the size of a Taco Bell burrito or a Roku remote.
Now if I paid 10.00 for a burrito the size of a Taco Bell burrito or a roku remote. I would not have been as upset and felt like I got ripped off. This place needs to match their portion sizes with their prices. You can’t charge a lot of money, and then serve Taco Bell size burritos. You will get bad reviews.

The real deal. Excellent jalapeño margaritas and delicious food! Great atmosphere, family friendly, even got to see the waiters sing happy birthday!

Delicious, again. Hot tea & delicious “meat ball soup” was absolutely perfect on this rainy day. Plus the little treat for dessert was the “icing on top.” Such a wonderful place. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly fast service and delicious food every time.

Hands down. It’s the best Chile Colorado burrito I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of it all across the West. They also make an outstanding albondigas soup, and I’m very picky about those, having first had it in Mexico. Really nice people too, organized.

Great customer service. As soon as we sat down we received waters, chip and salsa! Without even asking our waiter brought us another dish of salsa. Our food arrived piping hot!!! Our meals were excellent tasting. When finished we received two freshly cooked tortilla chips covered in cinnamon sugar, dollop of whipped cream and strawberry jam. Super happy with Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant.
