Had a great experience at Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant. I ordered the molcajete with steak, chicken, and shrimp and it did not disappoint. Everything came out sizzling hot, the meats were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were rich and authentic. The portion was generous and definitely worth it. The combination of steak, chicken, and shrimp with the sauce and veggies was outstanding. If you’re looking for a hearty, flavorful Mexican dish, the molcajete here is a must-try. Will definitely be coming back.

“Guadalajara and the Goblet of FIRE”
I’ve driven past this place on my way to the gym probably 50 times, and I’ve never seen it anything other than packed with people. It’s a relatively small place and it’s completely unassuming. But, that many people can’t be wrong. This place is incredible. The value is definitely there, and everyone at this place deserves a raise. I’ve never seen more hardworking women in my life.
Service was excellent and the entire staff seems to be “all in” on hospitality. Also, the food came out almost immediately! It’s really special when everyone in a place takes responsibility for its success.
I ordered the Mocahete, and it didn’t disappoint. One of the most satisfying meals I’ve ever had.

Great service and the food is so flavorful! Parking sucks but what can you do? The salsa was fresh and spicy! A nice kick not over powering where you can’t taste the food. Beautiful avocado. Juicy fish. Cheesy burrito. We enjoyed the food and the setting was bright and pretty. Great lighting, not dark and cold like other typical Mexican restaurants. Each time we’ve been there the food has always been delicious.

The aguachiles are SO delicious and packed with flavor, the right amount of spice, and just chef’s kiss. The Fish Fry omg delicious!! Must I go on!!!
And the molcajetes?!!! FIRE Loaded, sizzling, and full of flavor. Definitely a must-have when you go!

First, I have not had service this great for years. Like, pre-cellphone years! My drink was never actually empty. These guys do not stop attending to their tables, and I appreciate that! I could rant but I won’t!
Second the food was great! Big portions, you will not be leaving hungry as its a challenge to finish your plate.
The only thing negative I would add is the restaurant is very small and crowded. I wish it was bigger.
These guys work their behinds off, and it shows! Amazing service, genuinely friendly staff, and amazing food.
Made the top 10 in my colorado restaurant faves! Thank you!

Authentic Mexican food in Westminster. Molcajete is a must try and their carnitas is one of the best I’ve had. This place doesn’t take reservations though so be prepared to wait, but waiting is worth it. Parking is a little bit challenging given the amount of customers they get.

We were visiting Westminster & the reviews lead us to dine there. Needless to say it did not disappoint!! From the moment we were greeted at the door the experience was amazing. Delicious margaritas and our food was exceptional. Omar, our server, had great suggestions and personal attention. When we pass thru Denver again this will be a definitely repeat! Nice job by all
