This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Colorado! I’ve been to many from Denver to north side to here. The food is always 10/10. Big portions and drinks are amazing also. Highly recommend the birria tacos!

This was our first time at Guadalajara family Mexican restaurant and it was amazing. My wife and I had the margarita flight and the margarita selections were great. We both had the lunch special with the crispy chile relleno! WOW! Homemade beans and rice. The chips and salsa were fresh and homemade. Definitely would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. If you’re ever in the Falcon Colorado area you got to check this place out! Two thumbs up

A friend of mine brought me here 3 years ago and it was really good. I can’t stand anything with beans but he had me try the bean dip that was provided with the chips. I’ll say it was pretty darn good. Well, I finally made it back the other day just for the dip but got a cheese enchilada and hard shell taco. The taco was great and the enchilada was okay. The sauce seemed to have a slight sweet taste to it. All in all, I’m glad I came here before driving back to Parker. Also, the service and atmoshere was great. I’ll be back.

Excellent food! The food came out fresh, hot, and fast. They have a large menu. Fair prices and great size of portions. Ordered beef fajitas and cheese enchiladas with a taco. No wait time. I wasn’t a fan of the salsa. Food was a 5 star. Waitress was amazing very nice and friendly.

I’ve eaten here many times. It’s never been the best Mexican food, but it’s usually a decent sit‑down option with friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. Tonight changed that completely.
All three meals came out cold. My (adult)son’s burrito tasted like canned chicken on one side and rice and beans on the other. My combo plate was cold, flavorless, and covered in a strange thick sauce. Even after they “replaced” it, the plate was hot but the food was still cold and watery.
They also brought an oversized bowl of sour cream and charged $3.75 for it. When I questioned the manager, he was rude and dismissive, and only after pushing back did he comp the meal.
I still tipped our server—none of this was his fault—but the food quality and management attitude were unacceptable. Overpriced, not authentic, and served cold. I won’t be returning.

Very spacious beautiful historic Mexican restaurant vibe. Great for family dine in. We tried enchiladas, chile rellano. Fun good margaritas. Pretty good fast service. Recommend for family and friends gathering meal.

This is a great place to come with family or friends! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the staff are always incredibly friendly not to mention the delicious food you can’t go wrong with no matter what you order. We come here at least once a month; it’s our go-to spot for birthdays, anniversaries, or just a nice lunch or dinner. Don’t miss out and check it out you won’t regret it, I promise!

We ate off the lunch menu, and the portions were good-sized. The culichi pollo was a dish I’d never had before. The sauce was not too overpowering but gave the chicken a nice flavor.

Went to dinner on a busy Saturday night. Service was great despite how busy they were. We were sat immediately and drinks arrived promptly. The value for the drinks I felt was great as well ($10.95 for the Cadillac grande margarita). Plates arrived hot and fresh and good was good. My enchiladas came with flour tortillas which was not my preference but I don’t know if it was a mistake or if that was intentional. Fajitas were sizzling and had great flavors. The rice was flavorful and unexpectedly good as most restaurants really miss the flavor points in their rice and beans in my opinion. Overall great atmosphere, food and service.

Really great little Mexican place. You definitely get a local family vibe – I loved it. I ordered take out and they were extremely fast and great customer service. Good sized portions for good prices! A huge menu – food for every palette and healthy options!
