I don’t know where to start! First the food looks good but it’s far from that. I’ve tasted authentic Mexican and other Latin cuisines in the west, south and east coast and do not compare to this! There was no taste, no freshness! The onions on my plain breaded cod tacos were big squares and just cilantro, no lime to tomato no freshness. We also order Carne Asada and that was a disappointment, the meat was dry and tough and again no flavor! I’m not a stranger to carne asada and that was just not it! The beans tasted canned and the flavor was not fresh. The rice was the only thing that was okay. I love horchata and always look for some at Latin restaurants and that was just sugar, cinnamon and milk, like the mix in called KLASS not authentic not great. Now the service, very polite but the whole time I wasn’t offered napkins and my hands were greasy, no refills until I asked. The place was not that busy, there were 5 tables occupied in that big restaurant for lunch. Also there were flies near us not one but 3. Finally I don’t recommend and will definitely not be going there again.

Went to the restaurant at 1 today. Was not busy at all. Stood at door waiting to be seated for 10 minutes. Once seated waited an additional 10 minutes to receive flat soda. No other service came. I eventually just walked out after a lengthy 30 minute wait. I would advise everyone to not waste your time or money at that place. The staff stood around looking at each other rather than help customers. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

We ordered a variety of dishes, burrito, beef enchiladas, beef fajitas, and chili Colorado. My preference is skip the fajitas. The menu features many dishes so something for everyone. Staff was great. Mind the front door it SLAMS shut and scares the queso out of you. Would go back when in town next.

Rarely I leave one-star reviews, but the service we received from a server named Stacy was genuinely appalling. It felt like we were an annoyance rather than paying customers.
First, our drinks sat empty for a solid 15 minutes this was after we had flagged her down once. When she finally did come back, she got one of the drink orders wrong and seemed annoyed when we politely asked her to fix it.
A different server brought our plates and she came to see if we needed anything else in a rude tone and that was the last we saw of Stacy until we had finished our meal. No check-in, no offer of a second round of drinks, nothing. She then dropped the check on the table without a single word and walked off. We had to wait again to give her the payment.
The food was actually pretty decent, but the experience was completely ruined by the indifferent and frankly rude service from Stacy. Management needs to seriously retrain her on basic customer service etiquette. Next time, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Will not go back again while she is working.

This is my third time going to The new restaurant where the old 4 Bs was I was very happy and thrilled that they are finally open again cause my wife and kids love this place. I am also very disappointed in this place now when they opened, I ordered food. Everyone got their food, but my son I decided to wait a little bit longer for the waiter to come back thinking she’ll bring it and she didn’t. I asked her I said hey can you tell me where my son’s food is and she Said I’ll have to go check when she comes back and says that it was never placed the cooks had no idea about it they are just going to start his food right now so we sat there another 15 minutes waiting for our food and when I say 15 minutes for one plate, I’m not kidding. I went there again a couple days later I walked in and ordered food and I sat there and waited for it to come to me. I did not get my food to go until 23 minutes later all I did was order one to go box that was very frustrating. The next time I went, I ordered my whole family they were gonna have all the done in 15 minutes. I said OK that’s kind of reasonable 25 minutes later. I finally got food no frustrated, but I can only assume they were busy but then again this is not the first time. The worst part is is when I got home everyone’s food was wrong. I had a taco with just a pinch of meat in it and nothing else also my tacos were like that the only thing that was right was the beans and rice. The other taco that we ordered was specifically asked no lettuce and it came with a ton of lettuce. I think it’s past that I avoid this place for a while. They have nothing but disappointment to me. There are nothing like the way they were on Main Street bye Vicks. To drop it off since their phones are down I cannot call them and give them my complaint so while I’m stuck at work now I have to send this paragraph I hope it gets to the right person and they can solve their problems and maybe this company will thrive once again But I can guarantee you. I’m not the only one having problems.

The wait staff was knowledgeable and nice. The owner was on the floor serving right along with them. Wonderful experience! Visiting from NY and I will definitely be coming back!!

Mexican food at its averagest. There’s very little that makes Guadalajara stand out, save for maybe the Mexican Pizza, which is reliably pretty good. The horschata is nice too, even if it’s from a mix. I don’t recommend the Big Sky Burrito purely because it’s just too dang big and doesn’t reheat gracefully.

The food is expensive but pretty good. I really just wanted to leave a review and shoutout for a worker named Elijah. He is always very kind and respectful. Our order had a bit of a wait time and he played tic tac toe with me to lighten the mood. It was awesome!
