So I guess I’ve been on a Mexican food kick the past few weeks, unintentionally. I came here for a friend’s birthday dinner and they had a nice private area upstairs for us to eat and sit altogether. We had a large party. It was my first time coming all the way out here and I have to say, this is one of the best Mexican food restaurants (if not the best) I’ve ever been to in the area.
I ordered the Beef Chimichangas and it was absolutely delicious. Huge portion sizes, every side was tasty, and the vegetables tasted fresh too. The dish overall was flavorful and savory. The sides were wonderful, crunchy, and fresh. I can’t complain really. The menu prices were affordable, which I really liked. And they were generous with the sauce on top! Service was great, they did a pretty good job taking care of us since we had a huge party of people for the birthday. They were attentive, helpful, and funny.
I’m so happy to say that I wasn’t let down or disappointed in the slightest. I’m not sure when I’ll be back around Dalton, but I would definitely come here because I know I’ll be eating good. My experience was so memorable, thank you!

Be ready to eat some good food! The portions that they give are ridiculously huge and so damn tasty. The carne asada steak is so good, and it’s thick. Then stuff that you find at some restaurants.
Fresh guacamole/ avocado fresh vegetables well seasoned food stuffs.
It’s an interesting restaurant with art and wide open spaces inside. The service was quick and professional and again the food was delicious. Plenty of parking on site.

Hey everyone. I just gotta say that it was my first time going to Guadalajara Mexican restaurant yesterday in Dalton and it did not disappoint. I had great food and great service. I will definitely be back with my husband and a few friends

The food was great. And the portion size was amazing the burrito my husband ordered was longer that he is wide. And the quality was amazing. They had a place for private parties. Looked like a fun place to celebrate.

Very large selection on the menu. All the traditional Latin American favorites plus much more. The mango shrimp was awesome. The entire table was sharing the salsa that came with it. They brought us a little more to share.
Plenty of room for large groups and super fast service, but there was no wait and plenty of open tables.
The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars across the scale. The margarita was just okay and they were really ready to get us up and out of their way. Asked if we needed boxes to go, which is great; however, we were not even close to finishing our meal. The check was the same way. It might have just been our server and honestly completely in our control.

I was quite surprised (in a good way) when I walked in the door and immediately felt like I’d walked in to a Disney resort.
The murals, alone, were worth going there for, but the service is also outstanding – I’ve been twice and each time the servers gave me excellent food recommendations so I could try something outside of my normal go-to’s.
The potions are enormous. I’m talking I had lunch and dinner the following day from my leftovers. The food quality is excellent and it’s so fast. Everyone was friendly and lovely. I will definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for excellent food or who loves walking in to places that surprise you with how they look inside.

I just enjoyed a marvelous meal at this establishment. I ordered the Guadalajara spicy special & it was delicious! My friend ordered the Mojarra a la diabla. We both had the fried ice cream. The staff were super friendly & I look forward to visiting again!

The food is the best, and great quality — easily one of the best meals I’ve had recently.
That said, the person at the front had a very rude and sour puss attitude, which made the welcome feel uncomfortable and uninviting. It’s unfortunate because everything else about the restaurant is excellent.
