Saw there was a new Mexican restaurant near my house so naturally I checked it out. We got a steak quesadilla and a chicken burrito. I should rephrase; we ordered a steak quesadilla but I’m pretty sure we received a chicken one instead. Not the end of the world though as the quesadilla was still really good. It was tasty, had a good amount of meat, was cooked nicely and the quesadilla itself was definitely on the bigger side. I always rave about any place that will give you free sour creme on the side to go with your quesadilla and I’m happy to report that this place does it right. The burrito on the other hand tasted great but it would’ve been even better if it was hotter on the inside. I don’t get burritos from outside sources often so maybe I don’t know what to expect but it felt like they didn’t put hot ingredients in the burrito. It was a cold day and I had it delivered but the thing is that the delivery came very quickly to my house and the quesadilla was still very warm inside compared to the burrito. If it was the cold temperatures combined with long delivery times, surely the quesadilla would’ve been cold too but that was not the case here. Overall, prices aren’t that cheap but the food is really good for the money and so long as they can maintain quality and portions, this might be my new favorite spot.

In this current generation of Guac Times, Chipotles, and other steam table Mexican food stores, Guacado doesn’t stand apart in it’s offering of food. You can pretty much get the same offerings in the other places. HOWEVER, they carry the one thing that makes everything else significantly better. The addition of their mango salsa heightens every bite of food. What separates them honestly is that salsa and the staff. A certain warmth exists when you walk into the store. The staff behind the glass puts a lot of care into making your food and offers suggestions when stuck. But one more important factor is the gut busting proportions they have in their bowls. If you thought you were packing lunch tomorrow, you aren’t, you’re reheating the second half of this bowl of food. And it will taste as good as it did when you first started shoveling this food into your mouth. Very enjoyable, and will be returning.

Food is very fresh and there are a ton of options on what you can eat and mix & match. Location is new so everything looks clean presentation wise. There are a couple of seats to eat but this is more of a take out situation. Most of the employees are new so be prepared for that piece. Looking forward to trying out more of the menu during future visits!

I have ordered from here quite a few times. The first 3 or 4 times everything was great. Food was warm, bowls were full but the past few times the food has been cold. Cold rice, cold chicken/shrimp. Cold everything. Just not enjoyable after a long day of work. Last time I ordered 2 bowls and 1 was half empty (see photo) Where’s the rest of it? And it was so cold. Why are you sending out cold food? Not a tad bit warm. And they don’t read the Notes you add. I’ll be ordering less from here.

Superb delicious food, clean environment and welcoming staff. It’s crazy cold outside. and I had to go for errands, I also heard about their food. So I figure let’s try today since I was there.

I visited here with the my Family. We all try difrent dishes and each one has a great flavor and very filling portion as well. Staff was very helpful to navigate to make our dishes. Absolutely worth the money and a trip here. Thank you for the whole Team. We all loved it.
