Ricky was very friendly. He made a fresh batch of steak for my tacos even though there was still some steak that was already out that he could have used. The steak tacos and nachos were excellent. Ricky has a genuine smile and made you feel like he was glad that you were there.

Today, Saturday November 29 at around 4:10 PM, I had a terrible experience with the customer service. The woman who attended me had a very bad attitude from the beginning. I asked her a simple question, she answered with a rude expression, then turned her back and walked away. She ignored me almost the entire time.
When it was finally time for me to choose my food, she still kept the same negative attitude. When I went to pay, she even forgot to give me my change back. I work in customer service, and her attitude was 100% negative not only with me, but also with other customers.
I’m sharing this because I didn’t feel well treated at all, and I think it’s important for management to be aware of how customers are being treated.

I’ve been here a few times and can honestly say I will not be back. The first time was fine, the second time they did not have plant-based protein even though it is on the menu. The third time there was no one at the counter. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, so I couldn’t wait for somebody to show up to take my order. So I left. No lunch for me today!

Food was terrible. Steak and chicken tasted very dry and old. They had no drinks besides Diet Coke. The people were friendly but the girl at the cashier kept playing with her hair near the food.

I’m at the mall today and we got here at 11 they said a 40 min wait so we come back. No one’s out front we wait about 20 mins and still no one is around to help us order. Not a good vibe or start from the beginning.

We were waiting in line to get food as we have ate here before & enjoyed it. However this time (September 7th 2024 1:40pm) as I was looking at the screen to order, I noted a roach crawling across the menu screen. Completely lost my appetite & I will never eat here again & or in the mall in general. Absolutely disgusting!!!! I would not recommend eating here unless you wanna risk having roaches in your food or touching your food or their feces in or around their food or utensils & dishes. Look in pics I posted- bottom left corner. It crawled across the screen. GROSS!

If I can give it zero I would not gonna lieee, confused why its called quac-mole and I go there and they have no guacamole… rice hard, olives taste weird jus overall a NO im disappointed ngl i had high hopes.

Great tacos. I love guacamole so I wasn’t disappointed. There was long lines at lunch time on a Saturday but while you may wait it is obviously good since people want to wait for it. Also nice that it is stationed in the mall. I will be going back when I crave avocado and tacos.

The most disgusting food I’ve ever had!! The rice was as hard as a rock, the chicken was dry. The service was just horrible. Not worth the money honestly.

I’ll start by saying I love this place. The food is fresh and looks very clean. But when you pay almost $12 for a bowl there has to be a certain level of presentation, I asked the lady I wanted the guac and sour cream across the top, not on the side. This was her idea of accross the top, tiny amount of guac (even though i paid for it as extra). I don’t know if she did this purposely but after this experience I might not return, she was so very rude that I didn’t even ask anymore and took it this way.
