For a chain, they have pretty amazing tacos including Al Pastor. The guacamole is OK, but could be better since it’s a apart of their name. It is better than store bought, but they may want to amp up the recipe since it is apart of their name. But you will not be disappointed at all with their tacos! Each time I have ordered they are filled with ingredients and so flavorful and fresh! The staff is always friendly and inviting. The atmosphere is sorta basic, but I always did carry out, so I was not there for the atmosphere/decor.

The food taste good but it is pricey or at least I expected more food for the money I paid. The service is fast and ambience is good. Parking can be tricky as this is in a busy area but we were lucky to find parking just outside the restaurant.

I really wanted to like this place because it is close to where I work. I ordered the nachos with carnitas added. I bought a horchata for a drink. My total was $17. I thought for the cost there should have been way more meat on the nachos. The chips were very hard and the carnitas had a lot of fat. I do not eat fat so for me it was not pleasant to have to pick out all the fat before eating. The drink was very small and with ice it was basically a few drinks. Overall, it was just an okay small order of nachos. The service was fine nothing to note positive.or negative he basically took my order and gave me my order. Atmosphere was fine again nothing to note positive or negative. The restaurant was clean and overall nice place to eat. If I decide to go back I will not order anything with meat.

Found this gem as i was biking around Western Springs .. as I walked into this small quaint location, the first thing that hit my nose was the smell of clean that if you have been to Mexico, will know exactly what I’m talking about. Ordered their fish tacos dinner, mole enchiladas, and their original classic margarita. The tacos had a delightful crunch batter, perfectly cooked fish, topped with a slaw and red onions. The rice was fantastic and reminded me of my mom’s arroz. The mole was a classic sweet and spicy flavor which you can really taste the chocolate in it and I must say probably one of the tastiest I’ve had outside my house. The margaritas were absolutely delicious and if that sweet and sour mix was homemade I’d like the recipe please! Didn’t even matter what type of tequila you use cause it was just that good. I will definitely be back for another meal or two or three!

Great place for tacos! Ordered the dinner combo with three pork belly tacos. The rice was okay, but the refried beans were excellent. Tacos were exceptional! Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. Staff were very friendly and served us quickly. I am looking forward to returning and trying other menu items.

The food was not good at all, the people were really strange and weird. My friend and I walked into the place and we immediately got stared down like animals. Wouldn’t recommend at all, as the atmosphere and people are not friendly nor are they accommodating whatsoever! The tacos were bland and the salsa for the chips tasted soggy and had no taste to them at all!
