This is a precooked takeout place. Not the kind of Chinese food that you normally have at a Chinese restaurant. Newly opened, so new that the few chairs were still in plastic wrap.
My friends and I each bought several items and liked the taste, just enough of spices for the flavor and not overwhelmingly spicy nor too salty.
The store seems to try to run on a low budget. The meat selections are basically head, neck, feet, and intestines. Since the food is all cooked cold dishes, they just use plastic bags for the food you bought.

Very authentic Chinese food. I bought mildly spicy pig ears. Reasonable price and tasty.

Overpriced. Pig wood ear is much cheaper from other restaurants and more seasoning. Cut cucumbers are mixed to the wood ear to add to the weight. All pricing are by weight. Chairs are still in wrapped in plastic until now. Wander whether they are serious with their business or not. Very limited selections.
