The GTO Burger is legit. The burger itself is juicy and flavorful, and then you add brisket, sausage, and jalapenos. All of those things together make this fantastic. There are so many other burgers and sandwiches to try plus meat plates. Very reasonably priced.

The BBQ was delicious and the portions were large especially for the price.
I got the Combo for about 14$ and got Brisket and Chicken for the meat; Mac & Cheese and cream corn as the sides and hot damn it was tasty. I was planning on saving some for after work but I couldn’t resist and inhaled it all. The meats were nice and juicy, mac and cheese was one of the best Ive had at a restaurant. The cream corn was good, but it was missing something to make it great, maybe some fresh black pepper and maybe a tad more salt, but it was still tasty.
ONLY DOWNSIDE… theres almost no seating, this is an order and go eat somewhere else or bring your own seating kind of thing. I wont count it against them though, since its basically a food truck right now.
Excited to go back to try out that Brisket topped GTO Burger next.

We found this place by googling BBQ near me. Read the reviews and went! Amazing! I got the El Jefe. The brisket was perfect! Great smoky flavor but not overwhelming. Good sauce. Sausage was the same. This guy has a passion that shows in his smoked meat.

I am not a fan of BBQ but this place is great. The brisket is moist and fatty, sausage is pretty good, and they have great burgers. Definitely better than Bill Miller’s and Rudy’s at a lower cost. It’s all to go.

I live by this place and always pass by it, but yesterday I went to give it a try. Y’all when I say it’s a hidden gem I mean it. The chopped brisket sandwiches, sides and sausage are awesome tasting. If I could recommend this place to everyone, I would. The owner was nice and polite, and showed passion for what he does. Hopefully more people come because he deserves business for how good the food is, and how fair the prices are. I never felt undersold or underwhelmed. I’ll definitely be back because wow what an experience.
