What a wonderful fresh breakfast we enjoyed in the already highly 4.7 rated GT International Cafe. We enjoyed to pipping hot egg entrees; Classic Breakfast and Western Omelet (see photo). Both were flavorful served with crispy hash browns and fresh biscuits. Their coffee was superb and table service efficient.

We can’t wait to try their Italian Nights (Wednesday through Saturday nights) dinners. We looked over that dinner menu and will be back for dinner very soon.

My wife and I tried this international restaurant this evening and what an AMAZING Italian meal we had! I had the best lasagna I’ve ever tasted. The owner and the staff was wonderful. We also shared the tiramisu for dessert and I really wish we’d ordered two. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for proverbial hidden gem.

Great atmosphere, warm and welcoming staff, extremely flavorful food. Try the homemade hot sauce, not too spicy and added an extra kick to our meal!! If you only have one day for breakfast, choose GT International Cafe!!!

P.S. Sorry I did not get to take a before picture ,
food looked so good I just went straight to eating.

I cannot tell you how much I loved this place! Such friendly and caring service. While the service was great, it did not outshine the food. The food! So, so, so good! I had the spinach and mushroom ravioli. Shut the front door!!! Man, that was amazingly delicious! I didn’t think I could enjoy dinner any more, and then I had the tiramusu. Wow! The owner said it was good because it was made with love. What can I say, I belive him. Do yourself a big favor and have a meal at this place.

I stopped by this breakfast spot recently and had a mixed experience. I ordered the eggs Benedict, which were just okay—not bad, but nothing to write home about. The hash browns were on the dry side and could have used more flavor or crispiness. On the bright side, the service was solid—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re nearby, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

I got the GT Omelet for breakfast, which was delicious. The biscuits and gravy lacked flavor and didn’t really have much gravy. The servers were very friendly and attentive. We were kind of sitting in an awkward area that I would recommend extra lighting in the future. Over all we’d definitely go back and try for lunch.

Dinner 2/20/2025 – we joined my mother in law and father in law for MILs birthday dinner here. She loves it ever since we recommended it to them. They used to love this location years ago when it was La Famiglia which was an Italian restaurant for dinner only. GT international does really tasty Italian dishes. Last night I had the Linguine Carbonara, I usually would only eat half, and bring the rest home for a lunch, but it was so good, I scarfed the entire dish. Picture of that included. Thanks to Tommy, the owner, for being a great host and serving us, great humor.

Breakfast: 2/17/25 – rode bikes on day off to grab late Breakfast. We had heard about how good they do breakfast and it did not disappoint, I had the Traditional Bennies w Hash Browns and Grits, wife had Omelette w Cheese Onions Green Peppers and tomatoes w red potatoes and English Muffins. Letty was our very cheerful and pleasant server and she asked if we would like hot sauce with breakfast. We said yes, and expected to see Franks or Tabasco or something from a bottle. She came back with a small pour of a green/yellow colored sauce. It was really a nice compliment to the hash Browns and the red potatoes and omelette. So good I had to ask Letty what it was, the answer was its house-made “Tomatillo”. That alone is worth coming back for, but really everything was great. Attached photos from dishes and sauce.

Dinner 1/17/2025 – We love this location, very charming and the owner Tommy is so friendly and has nice sense of humor. My wife and I were lucky to get to sit in the cute table for 2 by the window. We went for the Italian Nights menu. We Shared the Arancini appetizer, house salad, and she had the Linguini w Marinara, I had the owner recommended Lobster Ravioli. For dessert we shared the Douce de Leche. Everything we had was fantastic. One of the Best lobster ravioli dishes I have had. The arancini was nice, smaller bites, which I like. We will be back for sure! Thanks for a great dinner experience Tommy!

Located near Palmetto Dunes hidden away in a non-descript shopping center, GT serves breakfast and lunch in a very unpretentious setting.

You come here for the food. Omelets are nice sized, served hot and coffee is decent. There are plenty of other items including pancakes, Benedict’s and scrambles.

What you won’t find here is fresh OJ, pure maple syrup, Avocado toast, fruit plates or Bloody Mary’s.

The interior is very plain and tables are covered with plastic tablecloths and no booths.

However, the owner is always on hand and does his best to make sure your food is served properly. He should make sure coffee is refilled regularly.

So come to eat, you’ll leave satisfied.

Quaint little restaurant tucked away near Palmetto Dunes entrance. Small and cozy with Italian menu for dinner. Server was the owner and he was constantly moving to take care of his guests.

Husband had chicken parmigiana. Portion was huge, very tasty and steaming hot. I ordered lasagna. Portion was also very generous and covered in cheese. However it lacked the “bubbling hot from the oven” feeling. It had more of a “warm it until the cheese melts” ?maybe in the microwave? The meat sauce was creamy tomato. I’m sure if I mentioned the not so hot temperature, the owner would have tried to make it right. He was SO nice and since it still tasted good, I didn’t want to complain.
The table next to us was clearly enjoying their meals and desserts. The owner was very proud of their homemade desserts.

I enjoyed my biscuits and gravy at GT International Cafe. I can’t say they were the best I’ve ever had but they were tasty. The hash browns were fine, as well.
The atmosphere was quite homey and seemed fairly family oriented.
To be honest, I did not even know the place was back behind that strip mall so I was pleasantly surprised to find it.
The greeting and service to be seated were immediate and pleasant. I ordered relatively quickly as well.
I was a little bit confused why it took 25 minutes for my food to come out when the cafe was really not that busy. I was also a little bit disappointed that I was not offered a refill on my water until after they delivered the check to my table. Everyone was friendly but it just felt a little bit off.
I noticed a lot of other menu items going by that looked quite delicious and festive, so I imagine I will be coming back again to try some other dishes.
Overall, I recommend people to come in and give it a shot.
