Held a birthday dinner for my daughter on Feb. 3, 2018. First and foremost, the staff was wonderful! They were friendly, helpful and professional! My invited guests were very pleased with the setting and everyone agreed the food was delicious. My daughter said afterward, “we will be back for future celebrations!” Thank you Lesa and staff for making our celebration one to remember!

There is always an issue placing an order at this restaurant!
I’ve been nice and told them instead of writing a negative review. I hadn’t ordered from them in sometime. Today I said let me give them a try. My order came up to $44 dollars which is fine but it was a waste of my money! They did not send one of the meals I paid for. Another meal was salmon and salad. I took one bite and the fish was so salty and disgusting. I mean who puts so much salt in someone food. And in addition it looks nothing like salmon. So now that went in the garbage.
So basically I paid $44 some pasta for my son.
I am so annoyed! And want my money back!

Not consistent with the flavors. The 1st time I went to g’s restaurant I was amazed. the food was wonderful, delicious I even ordered a plate to take home. I could not wait to come back. And then 2 weeks later I went back to g’s restaurant. I ordered the same thing I did before the wings with the fries the last time I had it the fries was delicious it had this jerk taste flavor to it that was awesome. But this time everything was bland nothing had flavor to it I was really disappointed. My husband order the Akcoee and saltfish. It was cold….they took it back to reheat…Microwave I bet. I wanna come back, but afraid I might have the same experience.

Don’t get the jerk chicken right before close. It was so dry I couldn’t chew it. How do you serve food like this to a customer? The oxtails are delicious but they run out often. Since this is a neighborhood spot they should make customers repeat customers.

Food used to be good but now it’s bad. Can’t even explain it just tastes nasty, The takeout food looks hard and dried out as if it’s been sitting on the hot server from yesterday. The owner Lisa and dine in restaurant staff are real hospitable. They have great happy hour specials and drinks.

Great buffet style caribbean brunch with many selections to choose, from main courses to dessert. The brunch is reasonably priced including drinks which were great and the staff are welcoming and attentive. A must go to place for a date or family outing!

Beautiful place, AMAZING performer singing, food was disgusting. Almost anyone can make a chicken quesadilla but nobody can burn it the way they did and it wasn’t just mine’s. Two other people at my table who ordered the same thing, all burned, and the waitress saw this and said nothing to us. Not even any offer to remake them. We eventually left and are likely to not return.

I went to my best friends 60th Birthday Celebration. The Restaurant is easy to find and near public transportation. The appetizers beef, vegetable patty and shrimp kebab that i ate were good. The food consisted of salad, string beans, rasts pasta, rice and peas, meat balls and smothered chicken which was really good and hot. The ice tea was a bit sweet and the lemonade could of used some lemons Lol.The DJ player a lot of music from back in the day like And The Beats Goes On and Shes A Bad Mama Jamma. Everyone had a great time. The staff was very pleasant and the place had a nice atmosphere. For all drinkers the prices were reasonable. I would go to G’s again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to have an event or to hang with a few friends and have a good time.
