The food was amazing! The service was amazing. Will definitely be coming back. Be patient with the timing for your food to come out, because it was well worth it. Thank you for this amazing comfort food. I had never had collard greens with neck bones and let me say, delicious. The mac n cheese, omg! Everything we had was amazing! The people sitting behind us had a shrimp boil, let’s just say we will be going back for sure to try it!

PLEASE do not pass this by! You won’t regret it, and you’ll come back for this taste of Southern cooking with the added Cajun flair. Chef G will have you coming back for more. I hail from Illinois, so my first mission was to find a taste of true comfort food. They have given me a feeling of home; as if I prepared this for myself with Grandma looking over my shoulder. This is my go-to location. Thus far, I’ve had 2 entrees and quantity is not a problem. Trust me, I’ll be back for more. Absolutely the most friendly staff, beautiful comforting surroundings, and they offer catering and on-site outdoors rental space. I am so happy I found this jewel. (Indoor bar coming soon!) I ordered some catfish nuggets, fried gizzards, Mac and cheese, dirty rice and Kool-aid. LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!! Everything was amazing the catfish was soo fresh and crispy!! The gizzards were so damn good!! The Mac and cheese and dirty rice literally reminded me of my great grandmothers Sunday dinner!! The kool-aid was just right!! This honestly was the first time I got an Order on Uber Eats that was exactly what I wanted. Nothing was missing everything was still warm and fresh as if I just got it placed on the table!! Honestly this place was amazing. I’m glad I was able to have some good Cajun food it’s been so long!! Thank you!!

Food here is made with love. I made a last minute call wanting to eat seafood so I came right here around 9pm. Karla served me and recommended the catfish nuggets with sweet potatoes and collard green that had corned beef in it. I selected seafood boil lemon garlic flavor. It had shrip, corn, sausage and potatoes. Also tried their banana pudding, this was bomb as well. Karla gave me a free bowl of mac and cheese and all the food was great. I loved it and definately recommend it for sure.

G’s one of my favorite places to eat because the food and desserts are so flavorful. It’s really good ! But the one thing they have not overcome in the couple of years of me ordering from here both in person, doordash, groups from just me and a group about 4-5 people is the God awful wait time. Let’s be clear the food hits everytime but the wait time makes it so that I only order about once every three months and not three times a week. For a growing business I hope this gets fixed eventually because the potential here is great !

This is without a doubt the best Cajun restaurant in El Paso. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with amazing smells and great vibes. The food is full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and tastes like true Southern cooking. Portions are big, prices are fair, and the staff is super friendly and attentive.
