We’ve been to this ice cream parlor several times since opening and have always had a great experience. Today we had my daughter’s 8th birthday party here! They rent the space for a very reasonable price, before opening hours so it’s a private event. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the ice cream was delicious!

We were able to host our little girl’s first birthday party here today. Not only is the place perfect for parties, but they were amazing hosts and even helped set up! They went above and beyond for our event. Everyone talked about how good their ice cream is as well. I definitely recommend this place for not only ice cream but to rent as well!!

Absolutely love Grumpy’s ice cream parlor! The staff was super friendly, the customer service was amazing, and the scoops were generous & delicious.

The sign and website says they close at 8pm on Thursday. We ate at the Smokehouse on Oct 16th and walked over at 7:34 to get ice cream and the door was locked. The girl was sweeping and did not let us in. If you close at 8pm should you not serve customers until 8pm? If you are not allowed to order at 7:30 then change your hours on the door and website to 7:30. Very disappointed!
