I would like to let people know that if you are planning on ordering a burrito or anything that you can’t visibly see what’s in it BEWARE!!!.I had a taste for a burrito and I didn’t feel like cooking so I decided to drive up to the GRUMPY GRINGO because I have been there a few times before.what I received was worthless!!!!! my burrito consisted of RICE,POTATOE,AND BEANS TOMATOES AND ONIONS.where is THE MEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it had none all filler when I cut into the burrito I knew it had none.i approached the counter to complain the guy who made it gave me a sample cup of meat By now I’m not a very happy customer you clearly knew there wasn’t any meat prepared in that burrito.the items that were put in it are probably the cheapest items on the menu.well I know this won’t mean much to the owner but I hope I can shed a little light and knowledge to others that order items that you can’t visibly SEE !!!! I will not waste my money on this place anymore, I’d rather drive to Tampa first.what I have noticed about the small food chains it’s that they want to lessen your portions but still keep the prices as is.dont waste your money pay attention to what your being served.they are looking for profit I’m seeking to get what I paid for.my meal came to 15.00 with a medelo.the irony of it all I ended up driving to 4th Street and had a nice meal at Luigi’s(Great Place) spent $28.00 so I payed $40 some dollars to get a good meal RIDICULOUS!!!!!! but lesson learned.

I want to leave a much better review, bc i LOVE the food here. The vibes are amazing. I only have one problem. Every time I order, I tell them no onions, no cilantro, no tomatoes. every time. I even tell them to make sure there are none because every time I order it they’re still something on it. They always say they will look And make sure but when I get my food, there are almost always onions, cilantro, something. I usually have to get my food remade however today I had to go back to work so I just had to pick cilantro out of my food. That isn’t what I pay all this money for and tell the people to make it how I would like it for.

In what world is this a Quesadilla? There is not even any cheese in it! At all! Why would you give this to someone?
I ordered this online and picked up because I work close by so I didn’t look at it before leaving. I just don’t understand why you’d serve this to someone as a Quesadilla and not even include cheese which is in the name! Also it was way too greasy to eat. Won’t be returning. Went for early dinner and was served quickly. The food was delicious and the portions are huge especially for the price. We both took home leftovers. I got a bowl and my daughter got the taco salad. We also shared queso and chips. I will mention the queso seemed a little thin but the rest of our meal was very flavorful. We use to frequent often but haven’t been since the remodel. Cool vibe inside.

Great Mexican place with vegan options. Got the taco salad and burrito with portobello and vegan cheese and both were amazing. Really good crispy tortilla on the taco salad, and the green hot sauce is the best. Ate outside and had a beer since the weather was nice. Will definitely be back.

This is an interesting place. My husband ordered a $12 nacho meal and it was so much food for the price. That was shocking for nowadays haha. It tasted very good. I ordered something they called a burrito but it was more like a wrap with cabbage and meat, I really didn’t like it at all and I am not picky with food. My son ordered a Mac and cheese taco that it was too spicy for him. This is one of those Mexican places that you ordered at the desk, and not a normal seat down restaurant. It had no women’s restroom.
Overall, I would recommend it for anyone’s who wants a lot of food at decent price that tastes average good. We spent $50 for a family of 5.

You get so much food for the amazing prices! The food is delicious! The service is fun and friendly. And the atmosphere was great you don’t even realize the main road is right there. The bartender Jersey is awesome and makes an amazing margarita!

I’ve been here a couple times. Ordered from counter, a chimichanga with steak and mushrooms. Delicious.
Ordered same thing from bartender, she didn’t hear steak and I only received mushrooms… I was eating entire time looking for steak until I realize half way my half eaten meal.
Besides that mistake, love the food here. Good prices and delicious sauces, my favorite one is fruity hot sauce.

Delicious food, fast service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Not much more to say other than this is great Mexican Cuisine. I stopped in for lunch and had two barbacoa tacos, rice, and beans all for $10. This is a regular spot that I always recommend.
