I’m new to the area, and my daughter and I love finding coffee shops. This is my favorite! The atmosphere in the whole house was comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee in the front room (living room), and finished them outside among the beautiful azaleas. Can’t wait to get there again. I love old rustic houses.

Stopped on a whim…closest to where we were and wife wanted a coffee. Cool little house/building. Also has a tea bar as well. Good quick service. She got a latte…it was a little too sweet. They put more plain coffee into it. All better. If we lived near here we would probably go a bunch.

I absolutely love the atmosphere at Grumpy Grandpa’s! I love the blueberry muffins and most of all I love the kid friendly atmosphere! Old fashioned toys like the marble race and lots of kids books to explore. Thank you for supporting other small business’s too! Overall excellent!!!

We adore this place! The owners alone are enough to return, but the espresso and matcha drinks are perfection! They offer an array of cookies as well that are large and delicious! They have a picnic table out front and a few bistro table and chairs inside. Not great for large groups hoping to stay a while, but extremely convenient to pop in and grab an amazing drink. So glad to have them in this area! You must stop in and support this amazing family doing coffee right!

My daughter took me to Grumpy Grandpa because I’m a grandpa! Ha! I got a Carmel Mocha Breve and my daughter got a Vanilla chai with a shot of espresso. Very good and hit the spot; coffee anytime. Located near the airport the old time feel is great!

this is a must visit! the chai and all the syrups are housemade and it shows in the flavor. i am a big matcha lover and this is one was incredibly well done – a perfect bright green color and creaminess! the prices are beyond fair for the quality you are getting. it feels like you are having coffee at a friends house! make sure to walk to the back of the house and check out the flower & tea shops 🙂 highly highly recommend!

This place feels like home. The coffee is delicious. The owners are incredible and I ALWAYS run into people that I know. My kids are so welcome here, they have subtle little toys and books to keep them occupied while you wait in line or chat with your friends. I always leave there feeling so grateful for the community they have built.

This place is so cute and a hidden gem! We were so happy to find this place. The story behind it is incredible and heartfelt.
I got a matcha latte and it was delicious. I’m very picky with how it’s made. My husband got “push the long skinny one” and said it was delicious as well!
We’ll be back to try other drinks.
Bonus: it’s a shared space with another business called Esther’s teas which is great for those who don’t drink coffee. Esther’s teas is great too!

Great experience, except for one of the owners Lee.
My wife and I have a had great experiences coming here, the coffee is fantastic and the workers are always kind and efficient. Our most recent trip was no different with the exception of the co-owner Lee being present. After ordering our coffee all we could hear was the owner being rude, and condescending to the workers behind the counter. Lee made it a very uncomfortable wait while our coffee was being prepared. It was very disappointing to see as the workers and the atmosphere are typically one of the highlights of our visits.
Again, the coffee and workers are great, but Lee should show more considerations to his employees and patrons.
