Heard a lot about Grumps and was finally close to a location. Counter service and LEO discount offered which is always appreciated. Dublin Root Beer on tap at the self-serve fountain drinks which is always better than Coke/Pepsi products. Peanuts offered at your table when you sit. Counter service to order but have a waitress that will refill drinks/get you anything you need.
Went with my usual at any burger place I try out for the first time, bacon cheeseburger with fries. Really great old fashioned burger, no complaints at all. Really crispy fries and the kicker to put them over the top was the jalapeño ketchup offered.
Would definitely return when I’m in the area of a Grumps!

This place is nostalgic for me. After losing my dad three years ago, I missed his cooking so much! I stopped by here a couple of months ago and ordered a burger; it tasted just like my dad’s! It made me tear up and happy all at the same time. Everyone here is always welcoming, and the food is consistently good. Thanks for having me to say!

The service at Grumps was outstanding! All of the servers were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was solid, and the drinks were really good. You order at the counter, and they bring it to your table when it’s ready. There are complimentary peanuts to munch on while you wait.

Burgers were excellent, gotta try the homemade chips and queso..also the fountain drinks are not your average sodas, they are sodas from Dublin , Texas not Ireland y’all..drove in from Irving,worth the trip..watched the aggies come back from a 30 to 3 deficet..they have many screens to watch games ..will be going back

Super super nice people ! First time going here and was greeted immediately by the manager. He was super nice and explained what’s up and where to order.
Cashier was patient with us when we took a while to order (sorry !) after we picked a place to sit and everyone was super attentive. Came once in a while to ask us how we were, if we wanted our drinks to be refilled, peanuts to snack on while we waited for our food. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!

I went with my teenage son, and we really enjoyed our time at Grumps. The menu had plenty of great options to choose from. There was plenty of comfortable seating. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food and drinks that we got were delicious. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Love this low key friendly burger bar. Big props to Kimberly the most excellent host. Love the margarita happy hour. Food wise, corn nuggets are delish, burgers are big and filling but the meat patty is a little plain flavour wise.
