What sets Grubsoul Seafoods apart is not just the quality of the seafood but also the attention to detail in the presentation. Each dish was beautifully arranged and served with care, making it a visual treat as well.

Being a fan of seafood, a visit to Grubsoul was long awaited.
The place is located up a narrow staircase besides Kori, and houses a lively staff and walls reminding you of the ocean.
We ended up ordering some Calamari Rings, which were really crisp on the outside and had chewy squid inside. We followed up with some Rangoon Fried Softshell Crab, which again was a crispy delight with Softshell crab which is for you if you wanna avoid biting into hard shells of your usual crabs. We ended our meal with a Lobster Thermidor which definitely stole the show. The flavor was amazingly different with fresh lobster meat and cheese dominating.
Overall, for the steep price, the amount felt a bit less but that can be attributed to Delhi not being a coastal city.
Can give it a try if you’re really into seafood.
Anyway, I gave them a shot! And.. wow!! I tried the lobster , soft crab and prawn curry – all too good! Can’t wait to go back to try out the other dishes as well! The place was neat, the food was fresh, and the staff helpful and polite.
The only bummer was that they had limited desert options, and even they were all unavailable. So, -1 for that. But yea, great food!
The waiters were nice and helped good. For me it was possible to eat here glutenfree, lactose-free and without garlic family (onion and garlic). They did a great job adjusting the food for my dietary wishes.
Seafood sojourn kicksarted with Lobster salt and pepper, followed by Kangoon crispy soft shell crab, Calamari salt and pepper, Pan grilled Pompfret, Grilled jumbo prawns, Manglorian fish curry rice, Prawn masala chettinad with coin paratha and Prawn with humus. I know lot of food!
Trust me the gastric beast in me behaved so well despite gorging on all above, attribute it to the quality, superior ingredients and cooking techniques. Crab was indeed soft, mild and fleshy. Calamari was way different than calamari rings that are usually offered. Presented on a bed of creamy cheese dip with hint of roasted pepper, pickle and lettuce, one can really relish calamari. One should NOT MISS the grilled pomfret for its unique flavor which is in the perfectly complimenting marination. Jumbo prawns were again soft, fleshy, fresh and moist. The dip was also mild with a dash of roasted pepper and garlic in it. Prawn masala chettinad is a showstopper dish. The masala is addictive, prawns had their well retained distinct flavors. Coin parantha could have been a tad bigger though being offered in main. Mangalorean fish curry was pretty good with coconut milk. On Neha’s insistence, tried prawns with humus. Challenging combination which grows on with you with second bite. Quality, size, preparation and final offering of all enjoyed is undoubtedly superior.
The place offers chicken and vegetarian options too. Also, they have an outlet in Gurugram also, shack concept.
