The food was ok, not the best spot for thai food but was convenient to eat if you are up in the mountain.

If you like Thai food, this is THE place to eat!!! Great diversity in the menu, from noodles, stir-fry’s, fried rice, tasty appetizers… also, best Pho in the valley. Everything I tried tasted amazing, and very friendly and helpful staff. Overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend visiting Grub Thai and trying the food.

Love Thai food and glad we found the spot. Flavor of the food was great! We got Drunken Noodles, tom kha soup, along with some rice, which was unfortunately uncooked and we asked if we could get something else, they said we would have to pay full price again and got offended when we mentioned that the rice is not cooked all the way. Again, flavors were bomb, but just wished we had gotten better service for the uncooked rice we were given.

We were only in Snowmass for four nights, wanting to try local, unique restaurants each day. Grub Thai was delicious, more than accommodating, and the employees were so friendly and gave us great recommendations! Definitely a great place to try if you’ve never been to Snowmass before!

4.5 stars. Super tiny space so being seated may be an issue, particularly if you are a large party. We went in the middle of the day and were seated at the last table available. You order first and then sit so you have to make quick decisions. If you want something after you’re seated, the servers aren’t always happy.

The food is in huge portions and it is amazing! We got the spicy edamame, the Grub Thai Pho, the Tom Kha soup, the chicken pad Thai and the spicy fried rice. It was all delicious!! You can make anything spicy. They will either put it in the dish or give you the spicy sauce on the side. And man, I LOVED that spicy sauce.

The spicy edamame is probably one of the best edamame I’ve eaten in a while. The sauce was perfect for the crunch of the edamame. The Pho was delicious! Definitely needed the hot sauce, as it was quite bland without it. But it was warm, soothing, with noodles, onions and beef, something that my brain did not know it wanted, until it did! The tom Kha soup on presentation looked so yummy and was yummier when eaten. The pad Thai was sweet and spicy and so so delicious that my friend, who never takes leftovers, insisted that she was taking it home AND eating it. The spicy rice was delicious but we had to tell them to make it more spicy.

This was probably one of the best Thai meals we have had in a while. It probably helped that we had just some back from a ski lesson and were very hungry but those flavors are still etched in my mind after a week. Definitely go here, I demand of you!!

Really good Thai/Chinese food in Snowmass village! We ordered Vegetables fried rice, taro tea and Pad See Ew. Food was really good. I asked to make my rice extra hot and they have added Thai pepper (small red ️ ️), I had sensational experience eating hot rice with the side of chillies oil. They have a small space but their service is very quick. I wish they add some more vegetables in the rice! Overall, really good experience!

This place was a mess! I get that it is a holiday week but still….this is a resort town that should be better prepared. We ordered soup, pad Thai and fried rice. It took 2 and a half hours and the staff was not friendly about the long waits or even apologetic. I finally got my order but wait! It wasn’t mine…I walked all the way back to then be told they actually can’t make the pad Thai gluten free (it’s an option on the menu). It was just an overall poor experience. Hopefully they staff better next year. Here is a picture of the rice.

If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would. Amazing Thai food in Snowmass village with super friendly and helpful staff and food is amazing.
I came here with my friends during lunch time.
For our appitizer We had spicy beef salad and papaya salad .We ask for extra spicy and they did as we requested. We also ordered chicken wing which was very crunchy the sauce they serves with it brought out the flavor even more.
For our main we had ginger sauce with chicken it was good seasoned just perfectly. Also, We try khao soi curry the noodles were perfectly cook and the chicken was so tender .
Highly recommend coming here. Will come back again!
