I’m writing this review because my family and I had a very unpleasant experience here. This is not about the food, since unfortunately we never even got the chance to try it.
My family was visiting the area for the first time and we decided to stop by to get some OMG Tacos this evening around 7pm. Since we had never been to this food court before, we assumed that the patio benches in the back were shared seating for all the restaurants.
While my family was sitting there, a man (I’m not sure if he was the owner, manager, or a server) approached us and told my family they couldn’t sit at those tables. I completely understand if the seating belongs to a specific restaurant, but the way he spoke to my family was extremely rude and disrespectful.
I explained to him that we didn’t know the tables were not for public seating, but his response was still rude. Instead of politely explaining the situation, he continued with a very dismissive attitude and said something along the lines of “Oh, I know,” in a sarcastic tone.
The interaction made my family feel very uncomfortable. It honestly ruined the experience for us and completely made me lose my appetite.
Shacks Dining & Dog Park seems like a cool place to hang out, but after this experience I don’t feel comfortable bringing my family back. I also can’t help but wonder how many other people may have had similar experiences.
I hope management addresses this, because customer service and basic respect go a long way.

We should have guessed it by the name!! When we reached there we were welcomed by few dogs running towards us we have a dog at home and I am sure they wanted to sniff us out!! Lots of open place for the dogs to runaround and have fun! There are plenty and more choices for the dog owner too. There were multiple choices running into 3 pages – mostly beers and then some wine options! It is a fun place for dog owners and a must!

Great beer spot. Extremely dog friendly spot with decent beer prices. There is a dog park under this place, and you can have a beer delivered to the dog park via bucket and pulley. There is no food here specifically, but very close and connected are food spots. Great service, too.

I really liked the location and the whole setup. Nice bar tending staff. Dog friendly place. If you don’t like dogs then may be this place is not for you. Right next door is tacos place for quick bite to eat. Overall I wold like to go back again.

Ordered drinks here to go with the dinner from Dirty Burger. Enjoyed the semi-outdoor seating atmosphere. Taproom was a littler quieter/calmer than the rest of the patio/dog park seating so made it easier to enjoy our evening and have conversation together. Tried a couple different beers and a cider and enjoyed them all. Not many cider options, but lots of beers on tap. Quick service too.

We really dig this place. It’s the perfect cozy patio bar scene for those with furry family to tag along with for drinks and laughs. Good beer selection, typically busy during happy hours and on weekends, but prices are good and the vibe is nice. Very cool atmosphere.
