Lovely place elegant and classy. Great service and fine dining. Small menu selection but food is tasty and beautifully prepared. We ordered a cake for my son’s birthday as this was his 3rd visit to the area and our second visit to Grouse, as he wanted to return to this restaurant because he loved the food, service and cake the first time, the cake was a huge disappointment. While it was beautiful it was awful. The only downside to our visit, as we ended up giving it away to the valet. It was dense and flavorless tasted like a no gluten or flourless concoction. Really ruined the ending!

One of the best dinners I ever experienced. Robert took excellent care of us! And every course from this kitchen was made with love! Wish I could dine here every night!

This was very disappointing. The actual menu was different from the posted menu, which resulted in less options for my vegetarian wife. The food was mediocre to bad. We ordered the tater tots and I was shocked with how bland they were. We love potato dishes and this had to be the worst one we’ve had. The cauliflower appetizer was not good either. The red sauce was heavy and not flavorful and you could barely taste the harissa. We love cauliflower and this was not good. We ordered a side of bok choy, which was so salty that it was difficult to eat. The butternut squash soup was good and the black cod was well cooked and tasty, but the dish had too many elements for my liking. The atmosphere was ok, but nothing special. Perhaps too stiff and trying to be too formal, where a more relaxed mountain vibe would have been appreciated.

Gourmet food, attentive service and unexpected extras. I had the pretzel encrusted pork chop with the polenta green beans and carrots. Beautiful and incredibly tasty dish that is a house standard (do watch out for a small bit of bone on the end of what otherwise appears to be a boneless chop). There were several entrees competing for my attention. Unexpectedly, a dessert round option on the menu was a Century of Port flight, with tastes of 40, 30, 20, 10-year port. I had heard of this but never seen a venue actually offer this on the menu. Definitely gourmet prices, but it is also at Beaver Creek ski resort. Likely unforgettable if you are able to spend an evening there.

I cannot even begin to explain the breathtaking experience of dining at Grouse Mountain Grill. Nothing brings me more joy than eating with my family surrounded by the beautiful mountains.
The food has never failed us – it is absolutely delicious and gourmet. I had the mushroom Bolognese and highly enjoyed it. I also recommend the tater tots; for some reason, they really made the day.
More than anything, I recommend living in the moment and enjoying some good food with great views.
It was a def 10/10✨

Enjoyed our meals. My kids loved the potato tots. They went out of their way to accommodate my celiac….even bread. The salmon was delicious.

We had a wonderful dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. The tots are definitely a must have item. Service was excellent. Our server checked in with the chef regarding a few questions we had on dietary restrictions. The pasta was cooked al dente and the scallops with caviar were phenomenal. We would definitely come back and enjoy the food again.

Grouse Mountain Grill turned a potential disappointment into an unforgettable experience that has earned them a lifelong customer.
In August, I made a reservation for a special occasion in late November. Less than 24 hours before our scheduled dining time—and after I had already confirmed the reservation—the restaurant reached out via OpenTable to let me know they couldn’t serve us that evening. However, they immediately offered to move our reservation to the next day and covered the entire meal, including cocktails and desserts, as an apology. This gesture alone speaks volumes about their commitment to exceptional service.
When we finally dined there, everything was outstanding. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and seamless—and the food was a delight.
We started with their famous hand-rolled tater tots, which were out of this world. I’m still dreaming about them and wish I could recreate them for Thanksgiving. Next, we split a Caesar salad, which was well-prepared with fresh cracked pepper. While the grated Parmesan was good, I personally prefer flaked Parmesan for a more upscale feel.
For entrees, I had the off-menu filet. It was cooked closer to medium-rare than the medium I ordered—not a big deal, so I didn’t mention it to the server. While it was a flavorful cut, it had more fat than I like for a boneless filet. I expect a filet to be lean, so the excess fat was a minor letdown. On the other hand, my spouse’s salmon was perfect. This dish seemed to be the standout of the evening, as many tables ordered it. Everyone, including my spouse, raved about the flawless preparation and seasoning.
For dessert, we enjoyed the chocolate cake and carrot cake. Both were delicious, but be aware that the portions are on the smaller side and not shareable, which is a bit unusual for upscale restaurants.
Full transparency: our meal was on the house due to the reservation mix-up, but this did not affect my review. Grouse Mountain Grill is an excellent choice in the area, and I highly recommend taking the Village Connect to visit. You’ll enjoy great food, attentive service, and an experience truly worth the cost.

The restaurant is beautiful and feels special, the service was outstanding, the main courses were average unfortunately. My Elk dish was bland and my wife didn’t like her octopus at all. The waiter did graciously remove it from the bill. On a positive note, my son loved his burger and the brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had and I’m a huge fan of brussel sprouts.

The food is absolutely to die for! The cauliflower soup might have been the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth #pause. The short rib melted in my mouth and was perfectly cooked. I would definitely come back to Beaver Creek just to eat here. 10/10!!!
