Listen. If you want a reg cafe and those are your expectations, you will be disappointed. This place is inspirational, it’s calming, it’s interesting. I come here for the coffee a small treat and the vibe. They are unapologetically their own brand and you’re either immersed into it or you’re not. I am and I’m a firm believer that they set the bar for perfection. I wonder how many people appreciate the level of detail and pride in every square inch of this property. It’s amazing and I’m fortunate to quietly experience it often.

Groundswell is great- check out this cinnamon toast if it’s on the menu, it was so good. Lots of great food and foodie provisions. Within walking distance are a number of antique shops, local artist galleries, a few other restaurants, etc.

What a wonderful experience, tucked into the Tiverton Four Corners historic district. The outside and inside tables are clean and wonderfully maintained. The food, coffee, and tea were all freshly prepared. The service was explanary and personal! Do not miss this wonderful treasure!

Cute cafe with plenty of outdoor seating and dedicated parking. They may need to consider adding more umbrellas as a lot of tables are in the sun and cannot be used on hot days. Friendly staff and efficient service. House blend coffee was just okay but everyone in our party enjoyed the food (we got 4 different sandwiches and quiche).

Entering Groundswell Cafe is like stepping on to a movie set. Beautiful fixtures and decorations make for a great setting to meet up with a friend. So glad to see that laptops/tablets are not allowed – every other coffee shop in America is filled with screens, but this place is built for human connection over good food and drink. The raspberry and cream cheese croissant was mouth-watering delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

I got a plain croissant and a chocolate croissant. They had a lot of rainbow treats for Pride Month but I was too late for the croissant. They were sold out. The food I had was so good I went back the next day to get the rainbow croissant. It was fabulous!! The people were all very friendly and the shop is clean and well laid out. Not on the beaten path but worth a visit if you’re anywhere near the area. You’re only problem will deciding which items to get. They all look amazing.

Quality was excellent. Tea selection and bakery options were all delightful. Espresso drinks were also expertly crafted. This is a social cafe, not a business/work cafe; I.e., customers are encouraged fo limit their stay to 1 hour in this tablet free zone.
