We came in on a Sunday after going to the gym, not expecting much other than a quick stop at a typical coffee shop. Instead, we got to have a lovely conversation with Danny and Mila, which included trying samples of the house-made juices and energy bites, and talking about where they buy their produce and the juicing process. I took Danny’s recommendation and ordered an iced “Rise and Grind” coffee, with a dash of sea salt that perfectly complemented the coffee’s sweet maple syrup flavoring. We also ordered a “Heartbeet” beet + apple juice to go. Mila took the time to tell us about a few of the other products that Grounding Roots stocks, sourdough cookies from a local baker and luffa sponges being among them. We’ll definitely be stopping in again soon!

PROS: they are an abundance for all things healthy. Juices that are not with tons of added sugar and preservatives, they sell organic and holistic products for everyday life (like lip balms, and lotions, etc), and they even have some snacks and coffee! Atmosphere was great, workers were kind.
CONS: Juices are not made fresh to go unlike smoothie places like Jamba that blend in front of you. They usually make juices 2-3 times a week, so it seems that freshness would be best those days. We came on the day before they juiced and I tried the juice myself. It tasted good, but I did feel like it lost a bit of flavor and maybe nutrients.
OVERALL OPINION: Overall, I love the place, I think the juice tastes good and its nice to know its healthy. I also LOVED the acai bowl and food. Everything overall was amazing, wished the juice could be made daily, but understand that for their business model and for practical reasons associated with juicing, may not be feasable without hiking prices.

I had a lavender latte, and it was delicious. They were even kind enough to offer a sample of the lavender lemonade which is a perfect summer drink! To munch on, I had an avocado toast that was prepared just the way I like.

I recently visited this charming organic coffee shop, and it was an absolute delight! The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The coffee and teas were not only delicious but also incredibly good for the body, thanks to their organic ingredients. Plus, they offer some amazing home farm skincare products, which are a lovely bonus! I highly recommend it.

I love this place. Its juices are amazing combinations of fresh and healthful vegetables and fruits along with holistic supplements. Plus they have coffee and an amazing assortment of cookies and pastries. The sourdough chocolate chip cookie alone is reason enough to return every day. I’ve been there several times and never disappointed.
