The best coffee, baked goods, breakfast and lunch in town! Great meeting spot with friends or for grab and go. Favorites include the Thai peanut wrap, iced maple and cinnamon oat milk latte and the cinnamon twists!!

No matter what drink I order I am always pleased with the quality and richness of the flavors. Not only is the coffee wonderful but the protein smoothies are delicious too. I love that they offer different protein choices as I prefer a plant protein. The Thai Peanut Wrap is also on my favorites list, it is nice and hearty but still refreshingly light with a little bit of zing in the sauce!

The 308 sandwich is my go-to favorite for breakfast or lunch! The staff are incredibly welcoming and the lobby space in the Y creates such a fun working atmosphere for catching up with friends, or bringing your laptop to get work done! I highly recommend!
