Eating here after driving in from Dallas. Overall had a good experience. It was my second time. Last time was about 6 years ago. Food tasted great. The soft serve ice cream is dairy free. Plating presentation was excellent. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff were great. The vinyl on the chairs could be reupholstered. I would have given it 5 stars except I found a piece of plastic in my enchilada. I would go again though.

I’m originally from the Southwest, so my Mexican food tastes are not rooted in Tex-Mex, but when in Rome…I’ve had Gringo’s a few times by now and each time I experienced something different. All of the dishes were high quality and tasted fresh. Service was impeccable – on time and on point. We sat at a booth in the bar area, it was quiet enough to carry on a normal conversation without having to have raised voices. I recommend giving Gringo’s a try.

I have been Fine Dining here for many years. The Service is wonderful, the Hostesses are kind & nice. Large tables you should make Reservations. The Food is always of the best standard. Any choice of Tex- Mexican Food is really good. Plus the Manager checks & walks around talking to the Customers to make sure all their dining needs are met.

Personally, I think the food is better here than at Jimmy Changa’s! The service is always on point and the food is delicious… my only issue is that the chips and salsa are so good that I’m almost full when my food arrives!

Our server Jakob was Great tonight. We ordered shrimp fajitas & Elpastor Tacos and both were delicious. We would definitely come back here again. I really liked the warm tortilla chips.

I went for dinner with my family there… waiter did great… didn’t have any issues until food came out… I ordered the grilled shrimp (Pacifico Shrimp) which says on the menu Mexican Panela cheese… as I received my plate I instantly notice it’s not panela… I was so disappointed… after discussing it with my party… the lady making tortilla chimed in and ask if we had a question… and I asked her if this was panela… and she then went to get a manager…. I told the manager the issue and he replied back to me that is panela cheese very rudely…. I said to him panela cheese doesn’t melt… but he insisted that it was… not wanting to argue with him… I just went along with it… the cheese in it is Monterrey jack cheese… there is a big difference in flavor and in texture… Panela cheese doesn’t melt! Please fix the food to have what it says in the menu… or take the panela cheese off the menu… as a manager for a food restaurant you should know the difference in any food!
