More fast food, less like a sit down restaurant that we were expecting. Server was very helpful in making selections. We were 1 of 2 tables eating in (lots of tables open) but carry out was busy! That tells us if the locals order there, it is good! And it was! Everything looked fresh and nice portions.

Absolutely atrocious portions. Tacos are filled halfway with barely any beef and cheese and mostly lettuce, only to half the shell. Service is atrocious besides ordering. 9/10 times the food is cold and you can count on that. Truly a miracle the doors are still open.

The food is decent but the service is terrible, one guy particularly is super rude! Little bald guy with glasses had an attitude the entire time we were ordering “so what if we’re specific with our order” he walked away shakeing his head angrily and annoyed then went over to where we have the papers and licked them I guess to fold them but didn’t even change his gloves after then went and handled food. I’m disgusted by this man and his behavior, I work In customer service and wouldn’t treat my customers like that.

Absolutely terrible experience at Neosho location today. Ordered 4 beef enchiladas. They looked like soft tacos with a pinch of cheese and a drop of sauce on them. They were not folded up like an enchilada should be. They were half the size they are at the Webb City location. They’re usually smothered with cheese and sauce, but not today! At over $4/ea we were ripped off. Ground beef was way overcooked and dark. It’d definitely been laying around awhile. Been buying them for over 20 years and this is my first disappointment. Definitely won’t go back to the Neosho location.
