My husband and I saw this place driving by and decided to stop for breakfast. We got the OG burrito and it’s delicious. The menu is very simple and they offer coffee/cold brew. The two ladies working the truck were very friendly. Prices are completely fair.

We have burritos from Gringo Burrito every Friday at our dealership. We absolutely love it! The fresh homemade salsa is so good with the right amount of heat. Gringo Burrito (A Tale of the Vanishing Burrito)
Tried to eat here three times. You know what I got? Cardio. Walked up, doors closed, lights off, not a burrito in sight—like chasing a food truck that doesn’t believe in food or trucks.
They post open hours, but I’m convinced it’s more of a suggestion than a commitment. If I ever find this elusive burrito haven actually open, I’ll gladly update this review with real feedback—until then, consider it the Bigfoot of local dining.

Hands down the best breakfast burrito ever! I look forward to Fridays when he comes to the shop! I usually get 2 burritos – one for that day and the other to pop in my air fryer the next day. Everything is fresh and the sauce is amazing!
