The food was excellent and fresh. I enjoyed my tacos, the fish taco was fire!! My dog enjoyed his steak taco lol. We ate outside with no issues, minus the table being shaky, but it didn’t stop the good vibes.
Staff was pleasant and attentive. The drinks were flavorful and had a heavy pour of liquor. We will definitely come back to try out my items from the menu!

They make Pozole daily!!!!!!! Not sure if only for season but I don’t like everyone’s Pozole and this one is sooooo good. The chucks of tender and flavorful pieces of meat. You are never looking for meat. They are so generous with it. The side cabbage cilantro onions radishes everything is so cutely presented. My daughter put me on to it. I’ll be ordering a lot in the future. I’m a fan!!!

First time at Gringo & Blondie and I was not disappointed! Heard a lot of great things about the Birria menu, especially the Birria Pizza specifically! Overall, delicious food, drinks and amazing service! Will definitely come back to try the rest of the Birria menu and a lot more! Highly recommended!

i believe they want this place to be the kind of place that “gringos” can experience mexican food and it won’t be too spicy or too strong. we felt that the food could be massively improved with hot sauce. as we finished our meal, we noticed other tables had both a red and a green hot sauce — it looks like our server just didn’t bring them or offer them. maybe it’s something you have to know to ask for? the margs were sweet and had sugar on the rim, even though we ordered salt both times— they are basically juice. if you get there before 6 PM you can get the happy hour price at least. we were seated at 5:55 so just before 6 — but we didn’t see a server for over 10 minutes. the brisket taco was really thick and needed a sauce. the veggie tacos/bowl had good flavor but was too oily — could benefit from some citrus. we noticed another table was brought a bowl of lime wedges — i guess another thing you have to know to order. the salsa with the chips was very good, although the menu says they homemake their chips and they are obviously not home made.

My husband and I have been there 2 times for lunch. We had the same server both time. This place is so good. The food is authentic and amazing. The server is very kind and knowledgeable he make amazing drinks. The margaritas are 10/10. We went for lunch both times. We will return.

Grab a Shamwow cuz I’m about to spill all of Gringo & Blondie’s tea on their weak tacos al pastor. They trash. I’ll give this place credit for having doorknob-size cajones. They ain’t had NO SHAME ploppin’ thicc, tough, griddle-warmed strips of not-fatty-enough pork on my dish. Do this place even know what al pastor is? And I know they ain’t taste the pineapple cuz they used the tongue-stinging sour kind. And I can tell you the marinade recipe right now cuz water the only thing in it. Dont feel like al pastor when you chew neither

I got the carne asada burrito from here which was mid to me as the burrito was rather cold. The burrito was a nice decent size but just wasn’t on point as I hoped it to be. 7.3. I tried the empanadas, and they were delicious especially the chimichurri that came with it. The empanadas were crunchy and super legit in my book 8.4. The chips and salsa were good too as well
The customer service was lacking a bit as they left dirty tables as people left and didn’t bus them let them sit for a long while before they bus them. The overall place is nice thou I really was digging the decor and set up as they also have patio sitting as well. Overall, I wasn’t blown away by this spot but it is decent if find yourself here. 7.6.
