The service was excellent overall, and I have no complaints in that regard. The staff was very friendly, even though we arrived closer to closing time, which I greatly appreciate. The food was prepared and served very quickly, and the vegan Chorizo was absolutely delicious. I did not have an alcoholic beverage, but my companions did and offered no negative feedback, though no particular praise either. I would certainly consider returning for another visit. It was an above-average experience, though not quite a five-star one for me just yet.

this is our go-to spot for mexican food. it’s so delicious. we’re vegetarian and gringo offers a lot of options for us (and vegans!). i’ve ordered the burrito twice now and love it. you can’t go wrong with the chorizo con queso (vegan chorizo!) and their speciality margaritas! if you’re looking for a laid back place with tons of good food, gringo a go go is for you.

Was visiting Raleigh just for the day and my kids wanted tacos (it was Tuesday). We went in and got fresh guacamole and chips, a chicken quesadilla and asada tacos. WOW! Everything was amazing, the food, service and the decor. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town

Overall nice establishment but customer service wasn’t good. I been w/ my mom and sister before 3x. Wanted to surprise my mom today w/ a meal so I stopped by. I got my regular and paid. I’m not familiar w/ the area since I’m fairly new here and my phone died and I had no charger so I kindly asked my waiter if anybody had a charger, phone or knew of any directions to the nearest gas station. She told me …” sorry no, the only thing I can do is give you a menu to order”. Totally not her fault that I didn’t have a charger but it is a local restaurant so I thought they would be able to be a little more accommodating. There was only one customer in the building and three people working. Wasn’t asking for much, but at least for some directions. A hour n 1/2 later a kind customer was able to let me borrow a charger n phone to call my mom so that I can make it home thankfully(I live 45 min away). Also, the food was stale maybe I just need to come back in the morning rather than afternoon.
A little bit of kindness goes a long way and customer service is number one! I wish yall the best though.

I had such a great experience at this authentic Mexican restaurant! The guacamole with chips and salsa was fresh and delicious, a perfect way to start the meal.
For the main dish, I ordered the chicken chilaquiles, and they were incredible — not spicy at all, but packed with flavor and really satisfying. To go with it, I tried The Jefe drink, which was fun, refreshing, and a great match for the food.
Even though I was pretty full, I couldn’t resist dessert. The tres leches cake was soft, sweet, and the perfect finish to the meal.
Overall, this place nails authentic flavors and a welcoming vibe. I definitely left with a happy stomach and will be coming back for more!

We love eating here. They have the best vegetarian and vegan taco options in the area, with a ton of choices that are more than just some veggies on a tortilla. I’m partial to the pulled vegan chicken, but all of the vegan options I’ve had here been great. The salsa choices for chips are top notch. The drink menu is also wonderful, with flavorful staples like Palomas and Margaritas (we look forward to trying the seasonal ones). And I had one of the best Micheladas the other day! The staff is always friendly and the food and drinks come out fast.

I was truly surprised at how delicious this little restaurant was. The outdoor seating is plentiful, but we to sit inside. It is kitsch but adorable.
The food made it GREAT. My wife ordered the green chicken enchiladas and they were hot, shredded and covered in a wonderful creamy green sauce that had a wonderful taste.
I had the Torta, and while it was as huge as others I’ve had, it was of good size and great taste. I highly recommend this wonderful location and will be back soon. Also, the staff are rockstars. Enjoy.
