We have been eating at Grimaldi’s for 15+ years (originally at the Old Town Scottsdale location). Grimaldi’s pizza has set the standard for us when we compare to other wood/coal fired pizza pies we find in our travels. This location in Peoria is one of the newer locations and is quite good with one issue.

The food is delicious always. I ordered a small caesar salad and it was fresh and crunchy . We ordered a white pizza with Italian sausage, mushrooms, and fresh basil. It was delicious. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive. The only bad thing is that it gets super busy and they take a while to bring us the food.

Had to wait for a seat for 6 but it was worth the wait. Yummy salads and pizza of all flavors. The drinks were cold and needed. Seat was great but I suggested to the waiter to get some covering for the windows. Our waiter Tommy was totally cool.

It was 110.00 for lunch! 3- 12 inch pizzas, 2 soft drinks & three desserts. the waiter was a passive-aggressive creep who rolled his eyes at me. the workers are not personable at all. it was not a welcoming experience at all. i really felt like it they didn’t want to make the pizza. it literally took 45 minutes for our lunch order. the pizza was decent except the expensive pepperoni was tiny & not that good. My daughters and I went on a recommendation from a friend. Never again, I could have ate out twice for that amount of money.

Tremendous date night pizza was phenomenal all the food was made with care exceptional. Our server was outstanding, exceptionally clean the great atmosphere I especially enjoyed the fact that we came in close to closing and at no time ever felt rushed to leave excellent job crew.
