love the service and the people working here. They are very kind and hospitable. I am sorry that I am not able to say the same for the rest. The food was mid. I’ve had better pizzas and its not about the people making it. I think your flavors and ingredients can be improved. I found the essence of the pizza missing. it lacked taste. Also the atmosphere was dated and dark. I know you are going for a certain look and feel but I think it needs a refresh. There is no flow in the place and feels like things are just thrown in there. I am literally hitting the person behind me and can hear their conversation. The center table pizza holders do not work. They are not stable and I wonder if the people running the place there have ever sat down and try to cut a slice or grab pizza while sitting down. It doesn’t work and I invite you to try doing that without a bias and see it from your customer’s perspective. I hope my review is constructive as that’s my only intention. For the place this is located, it doesn’t feel upscale. I can name many places where the pizza is amazing, if not the ambience. The main thing needs to be the food here first. the rest will fall into pieces. Also, we all know the pizza is italian…do we care about the ambience feeling the same? I think the whole rustic italian look means nothing anymore.

Food was delicious and the crust did not disappoint! Service was exceptional even though it was our server’s birthday!! Good wine recommendation that pleased all the vino drinkers at the table. Beer selection was great too. Will return if ever in town again. Careful with the Hot Honey sauce…it has a decent kick.

What a fantastic classic Italian experience at Grimaldi’s Pizzeria in Scottsdale! We grabbed seats at the bar and dove into their signature pizza—perfectly charred brick-oven crust with fresh toppings that screamed authenticity. Paired it with a cold beer and a vibrant, peppery arugula salad that was the ideal fresh contrast. Everything was excellent: flavorful, high-quality ingredients and that unmistakable Brooklyn-style vibe. Highly recommend for pizza lovers— we’ll be back! Oh, and the hot honey has amazing flavor and is very spicy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The absolute WORST pizza ever. How can you call that cheese and sauce. The cheese is so thin you can see through it. I’ve had better frozen pizza. That is NOT NY style. That is flatbread pizza. The pizza came to the table. I picked up a piece, turned it upside down and nothing fell off or even moved. YUCK!

I came here with a party of 9 and we absolutely loved the pizza here! My favorite was the Duo Pizza which was excellent with its tomato sauce, pesto, spicy sausage and pepperoni. Literal perfection . If I lived close by, I’d be coming here just for that pizza.

Stopped for lunch. We got seated right away but it did fill in quickly. The cherry pecan salad was yummy. The pizza was fresh and crispy.

The pizzas here are very good. Cooked very well, nice and thin and very easy on the stomach. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very nice and cozy. I recommend this restaurant if you’re a fan of thin pizzas.
