Our pizzas were DELICIOUS and cooked to perfection. It was served fresh and hot. Everyone at our table loved it. The large salads are shareable. The 2 we ordered were fresh and had just the right amount of dressing. Not only was our food wonderful but our server was very attentive and offered outstanding customer service. I highly recommend and will return.

I have only ever ordered their pizza to go, never dined in or any had of their other items. The pizza here is very good, nice thin flavorful crust and plenty of toppings. My biggest gripe is pricing. It’s very expensive.

Visited last night around 8 PM, and although the restaurant wasn’t busy, the service was extremely disappointing. After being seated, we waited about eight minutes without a single staff member acknowledging us—no greeting, no drink order, nothing. I made eye contact with the bartender several times, who was also serving tables, yet he never approached us. Two other servers walked past our table without saying a word.
We were seated right next to the pizza prep area, and even the cooks could clearly see us sitting there unattended. The front manager, wearing a gray shirt, appeared to notice us as well but never walked the floor to check on guests or see what was happening.
Having worked in the restaurant industry for over seven years, I found the lack of basic service unacceptable. I’ve eaten at Grimaldi’s before and had good experiences, but after this visit, I won’t be returning anytime soon. There are too many other dining options in Corpus to deal with service like this.

We did half meat, half chicken. for a large pizza, toppings were not enough. Each slice had maximum 2 stripes of chicken. Taste was just average. The only thing different was the crust as it’s baked in a brick oven. Overall just an average pizza, expensive though. We also ordered caprese salad, not good at all. The cheese was like plastic and no taste, the Greek salad was good.

First time here and the salad was very good. The flavor of the pizza was great however I think the crust was to thin to where you pick up a slice and everything was almost sliding off. We would like to go back again and maybe try a different style with a thicker crust if it is offered.

Our server, Jordan, was super awesome! The food was amazing, one of the best coal brick oven pizzas I’ve had. The atmosphere is great, as well as the vibes of everyone there. Highly recommend this pizza spot to anyone.

I will be honest, I always thought that Grimaldi’s was the home of overpriced and overhyped pizza, and while I still think its over priced, I acknowledge thats its pretty good! Some friends brought us here a month or two ago and now we decided to bring it home. Their pizza is delicious and we dont mind paying the price.

We had a pleasant dining experience at Grimaldi’s. Our server, Joshua, was kind and cheerful. The sweet tea and meal was delicious and the dessert was the perfect treat! Dining at this restaurant was the highlight of our day. I downloaded their rewards app and I am looking forward to dining at Grimaldi’s again.
