I placed a pickup for 7:00 p.m. got there at 7:05. When I got my pizza it was warm and not hot, so I could tell it had been in the warmer for a while. The pizza itself looked like it had minimal sauce and cheese. A lot of the crust was peeking through. Very surprising since this is one of our favorite locations. Maybe it’s just for the to-go orders where the quality is lacking.

Man… This used to be my favorite pizza place. But we went last night for a family birthday and all 3 pepperoni pizzas were almost half bare crust. We ordered 2 specialty pizzas that were fine. Idk if they are skimping on the regular pizzas now or what. But for the price I won’t be back for a while. Pretty disappointing.

It was a great place to grab some pizza and beer or wine. Little pricey. Salad and pizza was great. Hostess person was having issues, difficult to seat people, never answered the phone calls, while trying to enjoy the meal, phone kept ringing over and over. I finally ask someone to please answer the phone so I could enjoy the meal…Also- you have to pay for parking curbside.

We tried 3 pizzas: Margarita, White w garlic, bacon and mushrooms, and hero traditional. Three were so good. Amazing flavor, crunch.

Attention by girls is not the best, they aren’t looking the tables or asking for your need.

Time to get pizza is long. Maybe 30 min after came the first, 10 minutes the second and 10 minutes more the third.

Well, whatever, the pizzas are very good. So comen and enjoy.

Food is good but service lacks any initiative. I’ve never seen a Germaldis clear tables as slow as this location. Servers have no sense of urgency. Beer selection is poor, always sold out. 3/5 on a good day. 7 open tables that haven’t been cleared, have been waiting for 20 mins.

Great first experience! The food was amazing! Mediterranean salad was delicious. Our server was very helpful, I can’t remember her name, but it started with an ‘H’. Great job!

This is the restaurant you definitely want to avoid! First problem, service sucks… server too busy attends you after 20-30 minutes, servers are almost walk away and comeback after 5 minutes, if you ask a question regarding the menu. Pizza is basic tasting. Icing on the cake is, pizza cames after 40 minutes. This is not worth waiting time!

While food was very good, it is actually on the expensive side for pizza. Waitress treated me and my partner extremely well despite only ordering water and a large pizza.

The bathroom, especially the men’s urinal, could use a good cleaning.

Atmosphere seemed okay, but would expect something more upscale for the price point.

Food is always good, but it really sucks to place an order at 3:00 for pickup at 5:00 and then have to wait 40 extra minutes to get the pizza. I was in a big rush today, hence why I placed the order two hours early to give the staff a big head start to make one pizza. I’m aware you guys clean the ovens around 4:00, but if it’s going to cause that long of a wait, why even offer the option of 5:00 on the website?? It’s a bit ridiculous. Not to mention the poor staff running around in a panic because of how behind the kitchen appeared to be. Seems like some real pacing issues that need to be fixed. Maybe management should take more responsibility for the way this place is being run.

The pizza here is delicious. It took a while to get the pizza but it was worth the wait. The crust is medium thin and the right amount of soft crunchy. I know how that sounds but you would have to try it to understand. The tomato sauce is rich and smooth, not acidic on your taste buds. They let you add toppings to half the pizza and different toppings to the other half. The place is casual and it’s open space so it gets pretty loud. Overall it’s a great pizza place this is one of my favorites.
