I came here with my girlfriend and had a great time. Pizza was pretty great, service was great and the servers were nice and understanding, atmosphere was nice too. The drinks were good, but not as strong as expected, the pizza was hot and fresh, but the wait for my girlfriend’s pizza did take a hot minute, and the atmosphere was pretty nice but very busy and packed. I enjoyed my visit here and would come back again. Great place to celebrate and eat pizza! Only critiques would be wait and my pizza (I ordered the Don) had some burns on the bottom of the crust. Otherwise, Amazing experience!

If your visiting from out if town like we were, this place is a must. Their pizza was so fresh and delicious. Ordered a 12 in margarita pizza and that was enough for two people. Great Customer service, friendly and helpful. Many options to choose from to enjoying a great pizza. They got other foods too, salads. Great drinks, seating was comfortable. Atmosphere was very enjoyable, can be a bit pricey, but I think worth it. Location is great as well, close to everything. Will definitely be visiting again!

We went there for many years, but now only very few times per year. Few people attending in the host desk, one, no body in the bar for to go orders.
Are you closing that location ??

The location did have good amount of people but very few employees.

From 5 stars now going down to 3. 🙁

Grimaldi’s Pizza: Delicious Food, Disappointing Coffee Refills

Grimaldi’s Pizza has long been known for its exceptional, coal-fired pies. The crust is perfectly charred, the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and the overall taste is simply delicious.

However, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed when it came to the coffee service. While the initial cup was enjoyable, I was surprised to find that refills were not offered. Given the price point of the pizza, I would have expected a more inclusive beverage experience.

Overall, I would still recommend Grimaldi’s for their outstanding pizza, but I hope they will reconsider their coffee refill policy in the future.

We enjoyed Grimaldi’s Pizzeria once before in Vegas and decided to visit again for a pizza night out while in Sugar Land for a baseball tournament. Our server was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. The coal-fired brick-oven pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfectly crispy crust!

Grimaldi’s Pizza in Sugar Land has been our go-to spot for delicious pizza ever since they opened. The quality and taste are consistently amazing, with perfectly baked, thin-crust pizzas that are just the right balance of crispy and chewy. The variety of toppings is excellent, and you can truly taste the fresh ingredients in every bite. Whether we’re dining in or taking out, the service is always friendly and efficient, making each visit a great experience. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. If you’re in the area and craving pizza, Grimaldi’s is definitely the place to go! Highly recommended!

Grimaldi’s pizza is always a family hit! On the weekends there is usually a wait but the longest we’ve ever had to wait was 45 minutes but always worth it! During the week its come in and you’re able to get seated quickly. The service for us has always been a delight. The wait staff is friendly and we’ve always seen a manager around of needed. In the rare instance that anything in our order was wrong, once it was brought to their attention it was fixed swiftly. The seasonal Buffalo Chicken is our family favorite (minus the celery and gorgonzola cheese) but it’s only here in October/November. You can never go wrong with the OG pepperoni! The Cesar salad is delicious and a small usually is enough for my family of 5.

Placed an order for Quatro pizza and didn’t even get my order for 40 minutes. Asked for ranch with salad and even that didn’t come. We were in hurry so we asked them to pack, even that took them 15 mins. Had a coupon for free salad so the manager was nice enough to give the salad for free and to keep the coupon for next time.

Nevertheless, so disappointed in the service and as well as the quality. Didn’t like the pizza at allllll. It tasts like uncooked cheese.
