Jason, Jason, Jason!!!!! We were advised by the hostess to sit at the bar. Wow. Good choice!!! Great experience!! The atmosphere, bartender(Jason) other bar guests. Amazing. Food was spectacular! From the spinach dip to the entrees (mahi mahi, rib eye) to the dessert. Even took a key lime tart home. Off the beaten path in a neighborhood. Well worth the detour off I-270. Just 9 miles and we’ll worth it.

Great experience! The crab cake sandwich and grilled ribeye we delicious. The grits were creamy and tasted great. My Manhattan was on point and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Hubby and i went here for midday date. The waitstaff were very accommodating and friendly. The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. i had the scallops and he had the Mahi mahi fish tacos. Both were fresh and delish. We also ordered 1/2 dozen oysters and mussels in a sherry cream… those ALONE will have us returning again and again. I even told the waitress to tell the chef we loved the food. Drinks were strong as well. We will certainly be back and recommend it to everyone.

Sunday was my first time eating here and I loved it. Everything was good. I also had a Bloody Mary and a cheeseburger (not pictured) that were good as well. I sat at the bar and Dana was my server. He was very nice and attentive.

I like it, normally I go to the Olney location and its just great. Its not a usual place to eat for me because its definitely on the pricey side but the food is 100% every time, the staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. After the one in clarksburg opened went to see how it compared to Olney and from what I experienced it was on par with the other location.
Anything from the raw bar, burgers, sandwiches, pastas, salads, steaks, its all great but the main thing is that prime rib. OH that prime rib.

We made reservations through Yelp so we were seated immediately when we arrived at the crowded restaurant. Our waiter Javier was fantastic, describing the specials, listening to the specifics of our order, and generally checking on us throughout the evening. We ordered the Onion soup and the Potato soup to start, and both were very tasty. Moving on, we paused for a round of crab dip. It has a welcome change of flavor from others we’ve had, and is absolutely loaded with pieces of crab. After all of this, we looked for salads as our main course. The Spiced Pecan and Chicken Salad was delicious, and the hickory flavor of the steak on the Steak and Bleu Cheese Salad convinced us that we need to return for one of their steak offerings. I highly recommend GrillMarx based on our experience there this evening.

Let me start by saying order the Kona Ribeye. Mind was near perfect as you can get for a rested medium rare steak. Great flavor. The selection here is nice do. A smaller restaurant. The bar side always has good sports on. Drinks here are customizeable as well as having the house regulars. The crowd here is lightest at lunchtime. Pop I’m for brunch if you wake up late but still crave a Sunday breakfast mix. My only complaint was that my son and mother ordered rare steaks but they were cooked medium. Otherwise, no complaints

I wasn’t sure what to expect when we decided to stop here for lunch after shopping. It’s a sports bar but there is ample seating and nice booths. Our waiter, Kenny, was very nice and attentive but not overly so even though the place had just opened.
The chili was good. Very bean forward which I believe a chili should be. My only complaint about the food was the pretzel, maybe I didn’t notice on the menu but they come covered in cheese, I mostly just wanted a salty pretzel.
I gave a lower rating on the atmosphere simply because I’m not super into sports bars and you know… country music.
